Brought our car in for inspection was told it needed repairs to pass. Scheduled an appointment for said repairs car sat in there lot for 3 days, they never touch the car when we inquired about the status of the car they acted as though we were a burden on them. They were also supposed to give us an estimate for the repairs and even after requesting it 4 or 5 time they never did.
We were forced to take the car back.
When confronted with our dissatisfaction Tony acted as though he couldn't care less.
Highly unprofessional and severely lacking in character. I could go on with additional issues but I think you get the picture.

TOOK NUMEROUS VEHICLES TO THEM OVER MANY YEARS, THEY ARE THE BEST FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENTS PERIOD ALSO WILL NEVER TRY TO HARD SELL YOU ON OTHER SERVICES, AND VERY REASONABLE ON THEIR PRICING.

First time there. Just had an oil change and small stuff to look at. I'm very picky when it comes to someone working on my car. Felt I could trust them immediately and I did. Definitely going back to have any work done to my car.

Well I went there for new break pads. When I left it sounded as if my tire was going to fall off. I took it back and sure enough, Tony had said three bolts we're loose. He then pointed out that my rim was stripped. So they tightened them and took it for a test drive. After leaving, I noticed the different lug nut on my car. They denyed of course that they were the ones who over stripped the nut but I know the truth. Which I believe lead them to forgetting about the other two. Thank God, I didn't lose my tire on the way to my doctor's appointment. I was going to get my power steering pump changed there, which is over a $1,000 job but I don't appreciate dishonesty. Well Im still on the search for a machanic that actually knows what they are doing.

The staff at Harharts Service Station are always extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating. They treat you like family while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. With a wide range of knowledge and skills, I always feel comfortable and confident leaving my car in their hands!
