Beautiful place to see if you can while I'm Mesa,
Elaborate designs and themes for Holidays and Anniversaries of the like. The city lights up after dusk (sundown) and colors come out of nowhere from the artists work on the street side. Go inside and it's a magical abstract universe of random oblique transformations of the ART Worlds Elite.

Have never actually been INSIDE. The four star rating is inaccurate because I lack enough info to fairly rate it. I do know they have some very very cool events though. They had a festival about a month ago. A prototype festival. All kinds of really cool things all along Main St. It was greatso close to home, free & something to take my daughter to that kept us occupied for a few hours.

This facility is great! The mix of types and sizes of theaters was an excellent plan. Each theater suits it's particular use very well. The volunteers are usually knowledgeable and always friendly. The lobby is large enough for meeting the cast after performances. Availability of nearby restaurants is limited.

It's a very nice facility with a good amount of parking in the vicinity for only $5.

I've gone there twice that I recall easily, once to see a play and another to see a concert. The acoustics are good and you can see the faces of the people on the stage well enough to recognize someone you know very well - even from the balcony seats (where I've always sat), but I would recommend bringing binoculars if want to see the expressions of the people better (from the balcony).

The rows are tiered so you aren't struggling to see over the head of the person in front of you, which I really appreciate.

There are plenty of bathrooms and drinking fountains. They don't have a concession stand - they only allow bottled water into the theaters.

Don't waste your money buying tickets on the second to top tier, near the side; the sound was very poor. Also, be careful what groups you get tickets to. We saw the Righteous Brothers and they gave a very very short and poor show. It was 1 hour 20 min. long, and probably a third was talking. The harmony was not good, unfortunately, the age of the main singer made for very compromised voice quality and harmony. The venue should make sure that the singers/groups that they allow to perform here are going to give a decent performance for the high value of the tickets.

We always look forward to coming to the Mesa Arts Center. My girls have taken ballet classes here for some time. Additionally, we've attended the children's theater shows. Wish we could attend even more events, but what we've been to so far has been delightful! Staff are always friendly. Acoustics and viewing are great! Prices are reasonable. And the grounds are spectacular! Our little family loves it here.

I've come to many things here. With one being the NPC shows that I competed in. The dressing rooms are fairly large. Backstage isn't crowded. Always clean and have awesome things going on all year round!

Love second Friday of the month. This time it was pirate-themed. There was a ton of free activities and great ones for kids to. The only downfall is I would ask for more food trucks.

Beautiful center. Ample parking. The concert auditoriums are wonderful. Acoustics are perfect and people are always there to guide you to your event. In the center of Mesa with plenty of places to eat and visit.

Went there April 29, 2017 through the courtyard after attending the end of year party for Mesa United Way. Nice, quiet atmosphere with friendly staff and a variety of different art pieces using different mediums around the world. They even have fabrics on display and a place to make your own arts and craft near the entrance. No flash photography allowed, but you can take pictures using your phone. The best exhibit there was the Black Box exhibit where there was a outer space vibe. They also had fliers for anyone interested in purchasing the pieces in that exhibit.

I hadn't been here in years, and now I wonder why I don't go more often. I saw Todrick Hall perform which was wonderful. I would easily give 5 stars to his performance, but that is not what these stars are for. I am giving five stars to the actual venue. The staff was helpful, the location easy to navigate through. It is clean, sleak, and the place is visually appealing. The only negative was the somewhat small chairs.

Very easy to get to being in Mesa and directly adjacent to the light rail. I've seen several concerts here and a few events. A family member had their graduation here. Very nice facility. Try the singing stepping blocks they are fun.

Beautiful campus, professional staff, wonderful productions. My favorite theater is the Ikeda theater. There is so much to see and do here. I have not even been able to do it all yet and I have been there numerous times. Even just being outside, there are places to explore, play, relax & eat. Great for photography.

MAC has become the Cultural Arts Center for Downtown Mesa. There's always something "happening @ MAC" whether it's art classes for all ages, Arts Festivals, Showcase musicians, top notch concerts, or one of the prestigious art exhibits visitors are never displeased. Every aspect of MAC is a work of art, even the ground cover around the foliage was given careful consideration. Next time you are enjoying a latte while seated somewhere on the grounds take note of the bits of colored glass used for ground cover. Every line, structure, lighting is a conglomeration of visually appealing art.
