  When my two children were 4 and 2 years old, I started working at Merit School, where they were also enrolled. My experience working there was excellent for three years because I could trust the staff and share any concerns I had. The teachers were experienced, loving, and caring, and I knew my kids were in good hands. Even though we faced challenges such as school closures during COVID-19, we grew together as a team. Currently, I work for Loudoun County Public Schools, but my kids are still part of the Merit School community for in-school and after-school care. I am grateful for my experience as both a former staff member and a parent of two children at Merit School. Thank you, Merit School!

  We love The Merit School Learning Center at Kirkpatrick and are so glad we picked such a great daycare for our little one! The teachers are wonderful and we've had no issues. It's so comforting knowing my baby is in such good hands while I'm at work during the day!!

  Our son has been going here for almost 2 years now, and we could not be more thrilled. The teachers and staff are so engaging with him and us. He is truly thriving under their care and guidance every day. This school is helping us to grow a strong, independent, smart boy who is happy and loving. The other children and parents all know each other and it is a great community of people. We are so thankful to be a part of it.

  My son has been attending The Merit School for the past 18 mos. and we are ecstatic at the quality of care, engagement with the teachers, and their effort to share his daily adventures with us via the app. Additionally, the school events (Halloween, school pictures, etc.) are well organized and fun for the kiddos and we love seeing him interacting with his peers. Lastly, management has been receptive to complaints and feedback about policies during COVID and we were greatly impressed. I know there are a lot of daycares in the area, but Merit School is worth serious consideration.

  Minnieland in Kirkpatrick Farms offers the best daycare all around in our area. It is fun and structured, providing educational experiences for all ages. We have been more than pleased with the care given to our two kids, and our kids love their teachers and friends! The staff is very communicative, caring, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure the children have a great day, everyday.
