If I could give them a zero I would.
Extremely unprofessional.
Called them 3 times within 3 weeks and was told each time I would get a call back from someone that could come out and give an estimate.
Never got a call.
I wasted 3 weeks with this company.
I decided to go with another company and I had the job completed within 48 hours.

My husband and I are so impressed with this company and the service they provided us this past week. On Friday I was working on a customers cabinet door and accidentally broke two panels of the glass in that door. I not only needed the glass replaced but I needed it done quickly for the client who was expecting the door to be reinstalled by the end of the day. My husband called Custom Glass and Screen and even though they were getting ready to close for the weekend they were willing to look at the cabinet door. Let me tell you, when we got there, Troy got right on it and not only replaced the broken panels right then but by doing so allowed us to get back to our job of reinstalling. We were in and out and the cabinet door with the new glass panels looks good as new. Troy saved the day!!! We will definitely be using this company in the future. They were not only great to work with but their craftsmanship in their work speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend this company! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!!!

I needed a new window for my old camper, I was able to bring in the frame and they were able to make a new one and installed it in the frame for a reasonable price. Super awesome service and very friendly people. Most places will quote a high price because it's a job they don't want, custom glass & screen will do any job no matter the size at a fair price.

I have 2 fireplaces and have gone to two other Twin Cities glass stores to get the glass replaced over the past year. The other companies' work was disappointing. In fact, one of my fireplaces shattered during the Super Bowl.

I was referred to Custom Glass & Screen and they did an excellent job. They provided polyceramic glass that is good to 1500 degrees and were half the price of other stores! To my delight, they got the work done within a day on the two fireplace frames. They also went the extra mile to grind down and remove adhesive and debris from the other companies at no charge. They also used a special adhesive. I can't wait to fire up my fireplace again. I highly recommend them!
