Words cannot express how awesome this organization is! My grandfather was under care for a month or so and passed on October 22nd. Shelby Noble might be one of the best Nurses I have ever met in my life and Lindsey one of the best social workers. She made everything comfortable and showed here true care and concern for my grandfather, and familyas well as her staff. There isn't a word worth enough for the whole Meridian team, totally compassionate and caring.

As a Resident Care Director of an Assisted Living Community, working with Meridian Home Health Care has been highly beneficial not only myself and the staff that works with me, but most importantly the residents that reside here. Meridian is great with communication and working in collaboration with nursing staff to make sure the residents receive the best possible home health therapy. Meridian also has come into the community and done activities and programs with the residents, really taking the time to learn each resident as a person. Thank you for all of your services!

This is one of the very few hospices that I know of that will grant Physical and Occupational therapies to their patients. As a Nurse, I truly appreciated the extended amount of time their nurses spent with each of my patients. The team as a whole goes above and beyond to do extra little things to make the quality of life for my patients just that much more special. When an issue arises, they are quick about rectifying and fixing the problem. Their compassion and care for the patients in their hospice is truly heartwarming to witness. The families of these patients always express their gratitude to me in regards to the treatment of their loved one by Meridian Hospice. Thank you for all that you do!

Fantastic nursing and therapy staff! As an owner of a HomeCare service it has always been a pleasure working with them and have consistently gotten great reviews when they come into our clients’ homes. I would personally hire them for my family.
