C.C. Harris was an easy choice for me. While cleaning my dads home I found her magnet on the fridge and I needed to sell my dads house and why not use the realtor who sold him his brand new house built from the ground up 26 years ago. She was very professional and was really looking out for me as the seller. She is always in contact with everything that is going on. Her opinions are usually on spot due to her having done this for almost 30 years she knows her stuff. Her opinion is just that you always have the last say so in the decision. Anything that needed correcting she was on top of it. I love that mostly everything was able to be done online that was very convenient. My dad wasn’t just someone she sold a house to after the sale there wasn’t much communication but she still remembered him my brother from that long ago. She genuinely gets to know her clients.

Ms. Harris is an outstanding realtor, she is professional and with her experience she is able to give great advise throughout our house buying process. She was welcoming and treated us as family. We were out of state during our home buying process and she was able to communicate effectively on the house we choose as she did constant video call and photos to keep us updated. Ms.C.C. Harris made our first home sale, the best experience we could ask for. She took the time to walked us through everything, to make it a smooth transition from seller to buyer. Day or night she kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Anything that had to be done locally, she gave suggestions and made sure we understood everything, before making any decisions concerning the house. From the day she accepted our invitation to become our agent, it was smooth. If you need a trustworthy and experienced agent who is going to give you nothing less than the best she is the one.
