  2 week waiting time to get serviced. Once the car was finished, I was told it had been fixed. I drive the car for the first time once I get home a few weeks later, it was exactly the same as I had given it to them.
  
  I talk to service reps, who state that I won't be able to get the car fixed in by this Friday (today was monday) as I'm selling the vehicle then.
  
  Either I want my money back, or the problem fixed within a week, which sounds reasonable right? The service rep tells me to call back after work, as they had called me during work hours, only to find that they close when I get off work, duh I should have seen that coming.
  
  There's no way to just leave them an email or comment via their mobile site as I'm on the road, so this is my best option, Mercedes of Kingsport / Rick Hill Imports, if you're listening please get back to me somehow.
  
  Avoid this place like the plague. But hey, the representatives are nice people.

  We came in wanting to buy a battery, and a sales person argued it may not be the problem, but eventually sent us to the parts counter. After 10 minutes of being ignored by all 3 gentlemen behind the counter, we took our business elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience.

  Appointment was easy to make, the service took hardly any time, the car was immaculate when they returned it to me and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend them!

  Just as the first time I tried to deal with these people, no professionalism or willingness to work with you. When a Sales representative doesn't keep an appointment, that tells everything about their character and professionalism! Experiences like this is why I drive to Knoxville. Please purchase elsewhere for a much better experience!
