I love this place! My company work vehicles are serviced here and they have always went above and beyond to keep us safely on the road! The staff is so friendly and always gives us informed updates. I highly recommend McMahon's to anyone searching for a great, professional, and efficient shop! Not to mention, they have the nicest show room/lounge area that I have ever seen!

This is the best place to go for quick, honest service. And they do it all from oil changes, tires, alignment, engine work, you name it they will get it handled. I have come here for almost 8 years and will keep coming back.

These folks are on top of their game. I go there all the time. Sometimes stuff happens but they make it right. The prices are very competitive. Only place I will buy tires.

I have been going to McMahon’s for years. They offer the best products, with the best service, for the best prices in Fort Wayne! They do everything for me from routine oil changes, brakes and tires to insurance claims. My wife and I recently relocated over an hour away and I still make the drive to McMahon’s to have me vehicles worked on. McMahon is the only name I trust.

I went for an oil change and inspection. They gave me a sense of confidence I haven't felt in other auto service places. They were organized, professional, and courteous.
    The price was very reasonable.

My husband comes here to have his car worked on because they are one of few shops in town that can get his car on their lift (his vehicle has been lowered) because of that we have fallen habit to taking both vehicles here for repairs. We've had both our transmissions replaced or worked on here and although it escapes me what completely ridiculous thing they "forgot" or "lost" on his most recent repair I do remember he was quite upset about it. My one star review can not be founded by this one forgotten incident however. This review is based on their most recent transgression. We took my vehicle in - they had it for 3 days - to have them fix a leak in the back and replace all four tires. When my husband and I got the car back we drove it an hour out of town to attend a wedding. On the way home, the vehicle was shaking uncontrollably and upon our arrival we had my brother come take a look at it. Only one of the lugnuts on the back left tire had been tightened. My brother could take the others off with his hands using absolutely no effort. My husband and I are fortunate that something terrible didn't happen driving home that night. The carelessness of this shop is astounding especially for having paid them over 1,000 dollars.

Went to McMahon for two new tires. A couple of days later, a friend noticed the tires were different sizes. The rear tires were 45 lbs and should have been 40 lbs. For a tire place, this is very careless. I went back to have it remedied and, while I told them I was not happy, I don't think a customer deserves to be told "I knew you were going to be trouble!" Who says that to a customer??? If this hadn't been caught, it could've messed up my AWD, if not more. Terrible experience and incredibly bad customer service. They don't care.

I had my Yukon Denali towed in for some strange electrical issues. Brad solved these complex issues one by one and got everything back up and running while keeping in close communication with me every step of the way. Brad also fixed an oil leak caused by a previous repair that comprised the engine block. Through taking his time, he was able to permanently fix the oil leak and I won't have to replace the motor! No matter who I talked with, they all seemed to know my situation and me. It is hard to find great service but even harder to find a great technician who does repairs by the book! It matters!
