I liked it. Good food and fun atmosphere. It was crowded and service was just a tad bit slow but overall it was a nice experience. The drinks are cheap which is another plus. We weren't overwhelmed with the food; we thought it was good - not great. Still definitely recommend it for a nice meal

Great place to take friends or family when they visit, especially if they are not a fan of seafood. The atmosphere is dim and there are lots of steps, but its fun and there is a lot to look at. The Corn beef, Reuben, bean soup are great. The bread and fresh whipped butter is amazing. The roast beef sandwich is as tasteless as they come. It was like eating wet shredded cardboard. The kids menu has a lot to offer for those picky eaters as well. The best part is when your guest has to use the bathroom🚹🚺🚻..😁 Seems like the more spirited staff works in the evenings as they pick and play right along. Don't forget to bring a dollar💸 bill or twothey will provide the stapler and markeryou'll understand as soon as you walk in 😁

Best steak joint I've ever been to! I also love their Irish fare. Their bread is so good, I devour it the instant it hits the table. And their service is always 110%

Sunday brunch is cheap and delicious. Definitely get their Irish coffee (both frozen and hot are yummy).

Only dislikes- they don't carry any chicken dishes and I don't like any of their pastas. Can be loud, so just ask for a quieter area if you want to avoid this.

Can not rave about this place enough.

Guys. This place is THE. BEST. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious, the drink menus are on point, and the specials are phenomenal. The live music in the pub is spectacular. You can't walk in and NOT enjoy yourself! We absolutely adore Tricia and both Paula's as our servers My husband and I are in here probably once a week, and they always take such great care of us. This place is like a second family to us!!

I had an amazing experience. Starting with the kind waitress who had to handle the two drunks next to us and did a near perfect job(I believe her name was Lilly). Next was the starter with the delicious honey butter covered bread with more honey butter on the side. Though the wait for my shepherds pie was long it was filled with an entertaining Irish man who was four liters of beers in. He had a beautiful voice and continued to keep the energy high throughout the entire experience. The shepherds pie was the best one I've ever had the texture was just as it was supposed to be. I would say more about the food but I'd rather have you try it for yourself. All in all it was a one of a kind experience that everyone should at the very least give a chance.

Good luck finding a parking spot in this ridiculous lot. It's always packed, the spots are WAY too narrow and the "attendant" (turd) is laughably ignorant. NO, sorry, NOT going to park in a 4' wide spot that's half overgrown by shrubs/bushes. Pro tip, the occupants of the vehicle need to be able to exit the vehicle before they can enter the establishment. Shocking! I know. I'm not actively TRYING to get my ride dinged and scratched up. Parking attendant fatsican, tried to yell at me for not parking in the spot he "directed" me to park in. Who are you? Do you work here?? in the parking lot? Wearing nothing to indicate this? You suck at your job and should feel bad.. The food was good and the service was average. But the parking thing really put a damper on the evening. Guy trying to yell at a customer over NOTHING. The catch 22 is; almost need a truck to get around the garbage parking lot, but the spots are way too small. So you're either getting dinged and scraping or getting dinged up and doing some dinging.. IRISH!!

The service and unique experience is why I have them four stars. The service was GREAT! Dana was our service person for this visit. We were a party of Nine. Dana got EVERY order correct, including who ordered which beverages. Everyone enjoyed their meal, I enjoyed visiting with family.

Three of us ordered the Reuben sandwich. I wasn't impressed with the Reuben yet another thought it was the best she'd every tasted. I think my taste buds just took the day off. I'd be willing to go back to try another dish.

The ambience is what you'd expect in a bar or pub. Just a little more light would have been helpful for those with sight challenges. This is a great place for gathering with family &/or friends. A unique experience that is different in a good way.

You guys I have to rant and rave. This place was absolutely 100% amazing! It seats 700 people in one huge restaurant! You're not cramped, they are known for their own draft beers and steaks! The food itself was 99 percent amazing (the creamed spinach could use a pinch more salt but that's the only complaint I have!!) steaks are served at 16 full ounces. Not to mention all of the staff is awesome. Jimmie was super wonderful and so helpful! Did I mention the place is freaking huge?! They allow you to hang $1 bills wherever you want. They said there are at least 2 million dollar bills. So of course we hung up some too! For sure going back before we go home! Super fun and super delicious!

Sat night was a Zoo. Atmosphere was awesome, including making new friends. Sat at bar instead of waiting for table. Bartenders were the best. There was so much food (with " huge " perfectly cooked pork chops), no way I could eat it all; same with my friend. What an experience, Wow!

Had a great time! We have tried to eat here 4 other times and couldn't wait the long wait that there is at dinner time. It was definitely worth it though! Filet cut like butter and mashed potatoes where great! Atmosphere and nostalgic feel was great. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was our server. Didn't ask questions just made statements as she walked by. Very low quality for such an amazing meal!! All in all a great time which would.have been stellar if we would have got a better server

While being a major tourist attraction seating happens rather quickly for smaller parties. That being the negative thing. The food was amazing. The wait staff were very helpful and were quick to turn orders over. Overall I would definitely return here and recommend it to friends.

McGuire's is definitely not where to go for an inexpensive night out! It is, however, the place to go for a bustling, lively atmosphere, huge portions, delicious steaks, and a full bar with everything from creative (and deadly strong!) cocktails to a decent selection of whiskies. If you're a wine drinker, buy a bottle from the gift shop while you wait for a table and take it to the table with no corkage fee.

Advice and warnings: only order the blue angel chips or the nachos if you're incredibly hungry or have brought four large teenage boys. But if you are, order the blue angel cops with bacon. Also, the hot fudge burger ("it's the worst!") seriously comes with a hot fudge sundae on the burger.

Absolutely amazing location with great service and an unbelievable atmosphere. Went here later at night. Even the late night menu has a great selection. Very large portion sizes. I had the fish and chips and Irish red ale, and was able to see both an enormous burger and pastrami/corned beef sandwich. Also, please try the bean soup. Its only 18 cents but so much better than that. A real gem.

Chris Kraft? Was a jackass. (Manager) BUT Taylor saved the experience. So we will continue to frequent this restaurant. Food is always great. Sign out front says "we love large parties". Unfortunately when asking for better accommodations due to our large party Chris was less than enthusiastic about helping us out. I understand through other channels that diplomacy is not one of his strengths. I was pleased however he managed to bite his tongue and resisted the urge to say exactly what was on his mind but clearly visible on his face and posture. So kudos to him for that. All in all we ate good, had good fellowship, and left satisfied with the experience. The rough start was nothing more than a nuisance. But because it wasn't smooth I can't give it five stars.

This places is a locals favorite as much as it is a tourist favorite so that should tell you something. They brew their own beer (6 to choose from and a seasonal) and I think there is a taste for everyone. This time I had the special which was just fried chicken but it really was very good. Most things on the menu here are very good there is a reason their star rating is so high. Service was great and portions are perfect. **Just a warning be prepared to wait** unless you go right when they open or have a large group.
