BEWARE. I was traveling to Gadsden from Leesburg on Aug 12th going to my sons 13th birthday party. I had 7 kids in the vehicle with me. A Mccartney Construction truck passed me in left lane and the passenger threw a black container out the window. Needless to say it hit my hood twice then cracked my windshield. It scared me & kids to death. long story short. McCartney Construction is not going to pay for damages because "THE EMPLOYEES DID NOT ADMIT TO THROWING ANYTHING OUT.IT COULD HAVE BEEN IN THE ROAD FOR ALL THEY KNOW" I mean if the employee is sorry enough to throw an antifreeze container at a vehicle with a woman & children then im pretty sure their sorry ass is not going to admit to throwing it out!!!
