Incredible experience from start to finish. We visited all of the major jewelers around town and no one can compare to the experience/process that Mazzarese had/has. They worked with us on price and helped me design exactly what my wife was looking for. We get compliments almost daily about her ring and how unique it is. My wife goes in constantly to get her ring cleaned just to speak with the staff. Heidi has been nothing short of excellent in helping us with cleaning, sizing, design and anything else that goes into making one of the biggest decisions of an individuals life. I am continually pleased with the high level of customer service and professionalism at mazzerese! My husband bought my gorgeous engagement ring here and we also bought his wedding band as well and have always been so well taken care of. I recently was shopping for engagement rings and checked out a hand full of places. I had narrowed it down to two different places and what made me decide to choose Mazzarese was the above and beyond customer experience. I knew the ring I wanted and both places offered it but I couldn't decide on the diamond. I felt like I had seen them all at both places and they even brought in some others for me to look at. In the end I couldn't decide on the diamond until they pulled out a set of earrings and asked if I liked the diamond in one of those and I did. They pulled the diamond out of an earring just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going in and talking with Angie and see what they can do for you!
