  Place is usually always booked, so I recommend an appointment. The staff isn't all that receptive and kind, but its probably because he had to answer the calls and everything. I would say, relieve some stress, get a few receptionist to answer calls and set appointments so that there is better customer service at the desk. Besides that the waiting room chairs are comfortable and swivel.

  Got my radiator replaced here. It ended up have a small leak. One-and-a-half years after initial replacement, they replaced it again at no charge.

  Excellent work. Fair pricing. Didn't try to sell me more than what I went in for. Friendly, helpful, and kept me well informed of the progress. I will definitely be back.

  Had some car problems and Maynards took care of them all. They communicated with me when they found other issues and let me know what options I had. It's close to home and I will make it a point to get my work done here from now on. High quality work, fair price!

  Towed my car in for service based on good reviews, said they were too busy with fleet contracts. Told me they would flat out not work on the car and didn't want my business after a 2 months of up and back "we might get to it". Picked up the car damaged because they left windows down. Took to another shop that fixed it in a DAY. Avoid this place if you value your time and your car.

  I've been taking my vehicles here for years. The work has always been good quality, and done on time. In one case, I was able to get emergency work done on my car when I had a major failure a half day before leaving for a long trip- they accommodated me and that was really appreciated.
  
  Prices for their work are decent- a bit on the high side sometimes, but it's worth it to me for consistent quality work, and anything they do is still WAY cheaper than taking my cars to a dealer.
  
  The fact that they have loaner cars available (call ahead) is a HUGE help.
