Was just passing by when i saw them by chance. Pulled in, not having seen BMW`s. They knew i was just passing through but still took the time to answer lots of my questions and also offer a test ride. Pretty cool! They said they deliver even to FloridaIm still thinking about it. :).

Of course buying a BMW is an amazing experience, but getting it serviced and fixed is a nightmare at this place! Every maintenance I ever had done here at MAX BMW has caused some kind of catastrophic failure on my motorcycle.
They tightened my chain and the next thing I know the chain is flying off the sprocket. An investigation proved that the sprocket and chain were good, but they still did not take responsibility for the irrevocable damages.
I had a break light switch swapped out recently and five miles down the road the caliper locked up and melted my brake disk, spread sensor, hoses, and pads. They of course, took no responsibility even though the work order clearly states the tech took the rear brake lever off to check the back break switch - and even when a 3rd party mechanic stated that the failure was due to a maladjusted rear break lever, causing the master cylinder to remain half closed, they accepted no responsibility.
Before the Glens Falls Americade last year, I ordered a replacement fairing to get the bike looking perfect, and they shipped me the wrong side, even though I had them confirm the side when I ordered it.
I brought my bike in for the regular maintenance checks, the incremental mileage maintenances, 4,000, 8,000 - 16,000 when I was out west, and on the 24,000 I brought it here, but they tell me that this has no bearing on whether or not I have a certified pre-owned vehicle, and I had to insist that they actually stamp my maintenance book.
I have never been so disappointed in a product, or in an establishment in my life.
Another time I went in for bad bearings in the rear wheel, and it took them 3 weeks to finally cover it under warranty, even though the bearings only had about 6k miles on them.

Even though I used to live in NYC, I was not expecting to buy so many BMW motorrad USA genuine products from them. Every time sincerely appreciate the great services for the parcels and M&M'S.

First, id like to explain that if my rating was based on the sales experience it would be 5 stars. My 2 star rating is solely based on the terrible customer service of the service department.

With regards to the sale portion, Craig did his best accommodate any requirements/request, is very knowledgable, and provides an overall comfortable experience. He follows up during the entire process, as well as after purchasing the vehicle, even 6 months later.

That being said, the service department has either misinformed me or outright omits important information and expects you the customer to assume knowledge, you cant possible know without actually working there. Not only was the first service rep rude over the phone but the manager, Tony, then came on and proceeded to insult me. Just because no one else has asked the question before to you, does not mean everyone in the world should know the answer. Everyone has a different situation or requirements, its your job to provide the utmost best possible service to warrant return customers. This experience has not only left a bad taste in my mouth, but now i am forced to travel hours for service to another dealer. I guess thats why they can operate in such a manner.

Go there if you want a BMW bike and can service elsewhere, because once they have your money, you are no longer worth their efforts.

The staff are incredibly friendly and have no issue with letting you take a test ride on a bike you may not be able to afford for quite some time.

Great BMW moto center. They seem to have a great respect for the old and the new equally. Excellent selection of used and we'll cared for boxers. Thanks guys!

I really enjoy doing business with these guys. I just picked up my second bike from Max and it was overall a very enjoyable experience. One of the things I appreciate the most is that all the guys are friendly and down to earth. They are passionate about motorcycles, and - contrary to the often snobby BMW brand image of many riders - these guys are real riders and are enjoyable to deal with. This is contrary to so many other local bike dealers. Bike selection is good as is the gear selection, and they offer good discounts, both on bike prices and when you purchase other gear whether accessories or apparel. I highly recommend Max BMW Motorcycles!

I got my first BMW from here. They are very friendly and non-pushing. All the staff was great and made sure I was being helped. Steve however was the best. He had an answer for everyone of my questions and if he didn't know he found it. They gave me a great deal. Loved Max's BMW. Its too bad I live so far away because i would be back all the time. Really a great place to buy a bike or get yours serviced.
