Their clothes are overly priced, they don't carry the more known surf brands, and the owner will not hesitate to let you know how wrong you are for returning an item. The store is very 'Cold' when you first walk in. Nobody says hi to you, they all stare at you as you look through the store, the whole surf shop is geared so they can make money. More of the local surf shops I've been in the workers are always really friendly and helpful, but don't expect that here. Also, when I tried buying a pair of glasses, a nose piece fell off right there at the counter, and they quickly took it behind the desk and told me they had "fixed it." Ok, no big deal, I figured they had put the missing screw in. But when I got home, there was no screw and it fell back out. This was after they made me sign a "NO REFUND AT ALL ON GLASSES."

This is the way this surf shop is ran, the owner doesn't care about how happy his customers are, but how much money he can make off someone. His employees are not friendly either. And they have a bad selection of surf brands. There are other Surf Shops out there like Innerlight by Big Kahunas in Destin, also, Fluid Surf Shop in Fort Walton, and there's a small surf shop in Miramar Beach. Don't waste your time here, support surf shops that actually care about surfers!

Very happy, excellent customer service. I called to see if they carried abec9 bearings, went in a few minutes later with my board, they put them on for me and I was out the door!

Nice store, but the staff sucks!! They follow you around straightening shirts and shorts right behind you and make you feel guilty for unfolding the clothes. I guess they want you to buy clothes without ever looking at them fully. The owner is always there staring you down like "how dare you come in my store and not buy anything". They don't like to let you return anything either. The owner was not happy with me when I brought a shirt back with a receipt and the tags on it. Better off shopping at Pac Sun.
