I did not buy my car there, but I do use them for service it, and they do a magnificent job. Andy Tompitch is simply GREAT. No matter what is my need, or requests, he always helps me out in the most satisfactory way possible. I will always take my EXPEDITION there for any issue, or check.

Brought my 2014 ford focus in due to transmission issues. They reset the sensor that didn't work the guy also said it's normal for the car to shutter. Brought it in again to replace the transmission after waiting 2 months for the part. That worked for a little while. Then kept shuttering again brought it back they said the part is recalled. Part swapped and is now shuttering again. Never use this place again. I suggest go somewhere else not worth ur time. Thank u for not replacing my transmission like u said u did which cost me a new vehicle from ford. Crooks

We are so happy we found Andy and Travis here at Gary Smith Ford! I will never go back to World Ford Pensacola again. I would much rather go to a mechanic who is honest, patient and won't stop until the job gets done! I have a really unique issue going on with my car and let me tell youthey could very well figure out a way to say I was financially responsible (like World Ford did)but instead I haven't paid a dime because they took the time to look into the warranty I pay for.all repairs and rental coverage has been taken care of (World Ford said I had NO rental coverage). Just thankful to have an honest mechanic.so hard to find!
