The person who sold me a mattress and box spring was very accommodating and helpful! My only complaint is that when I changed my mind on the second mattress, my credit card could not be refunded immediately, but had to go through a process that takes (I was told) about 2 weeks! It was a lot of money and that's way too long to wait.

Mattress promised last week. Now here's week 2 and still not in, so we cancelled the order and was told it will take 7 to 14 days to get our money back. Just a run around. Going to shop were they can deliver the product purchased and Mattress Warehouse can't do that!

Bought a vey expensive mattress and getting the run around on pillows I was promised. So far NOT HAPPY!
