Kingston Inn is a great hotel. The co-managers are amazing and so sweet they work fast and efficiently. Best hotel I've ever been at.. The front office is beautiful and the rooms look great too. Very comfortable place to stay

It's a good hotel or motel it's clean and you have your privacy and cops go by there every hour or so the beds are decent good TV service internet's not too shabby has microwave and fridge and a good hot shower

Me and my family's experience at Kingston Inn was great! The manager Ashley, and Maintenance man Mike. Are two of the nicest people you'd want to meet. They have a lot of compassion for their jobs. They take a lot of pride in making sure everyone has a nice comfortable stay while at the Kingston Inn. And you can't beat the price. So if your looking for the best price in town and people that treat you like family. Kingston Inn in wytheville Virginia is the place to stay! Ashley & Mike, our hat's off to y'all. I don't recommend anyone stay here. The manager is rude and prevented. I checked in and he made rude and obscene comments the whole time. I felt uncomfortable and almost backed out of staying there. They need new management!!!! Not to mention he smelled like weed. When I went to check out it was a female who checked me out. I believe her name was Ashley. She actually knew what she was doing, and was friendly.

Place was nasty and super run-down. Our room has bedbugs and instead of refunding us our money, the man at the front desk told us he could only "change you rooms". Why would I want to stay in any of your rooms if you've got bed bugs? Would not recommend to anyone.

The other ppl there were very rude used bandage in the bathtub. And to top it off they have roaches. Disgusting older gentelman who signed us in was nice but other than that dont stay there. Smelled like marijuana all night.

This motel is under new management! Manager is very friendly and helpful! Things have definitely not been as other reviews described! Front desk staff is very warm and welcoming! Very attentive to our needs! I would recommend giving this motel a try!
