I wish I had good news to report. I had a Special order on logs for a project.
The logs did not come as promised, I had to pick them up, M lumber had 3 weeks to prepare and failed on the deadline. Also logs suffered a lot of rot. Product was not finished to discussed specifications. Lots of money wasted and a very unhappy customer. Lesson learned.response / report this review -

Nice people but the price changes every time I call for the same product. EX. Called about a certain size timber and got a price of $30 per piece and 1 week lead time. Called to put in order after getting approval from my client and they wanted $38 for the same material and 4 weeks lead time. This has happened before. I would suggest getting an email quote, but I'm not sure if they email. Best case is to go in and have a handwritten quote done. The process is cumbersome and inconsistent, but nevertheless they are good folk.
