Room was dirty, the floors looked like they haven't been swept since the hotel was built. The tv didn't work in the first room phone either. The sheets and tub had sooooo much hair!!!! The shower curtain was stained and the remote was sooooo sticky. Ughhhh I'm not hard to please but this was horrible.

This is by far the nastiest place I have ever been. The check in lady was nice but other than that bed bugs, mold, the beds have a moldy smell stained yellow, and of course the maids stole from us while we was gone very rude. Very unpleasant place to stay

Listen i came down to Tuscaloosa AL for work I have been here now for 8 months and I have never skipped out on the money pay every Friday for a week in advance which is 300.00. In the past 3 months I have been eaten up with bed bugs brought it to there attention and they said they inspected room and there are none. I had bites all over legs body and face and if I could I would post the picture of bugs right now but can't. I have spent over 8000.00 here and they are nothing but crooks. I have had pillows HDMI cables chargers stolen out of my room. They have crackhead cleaning your room who can not read the do not disturb sign on door and bang on the door 5 times a day and when you work night shift you know how annoying this is. The neighbors will fight dogs outside your door scream fight gunshots it sounds like a dumb movie about the ghetto but these are all truths. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I wouldnt suggest the homeless to even stay here because you can not trust them. Please take it from a hard working man this is ridiculous no one should have to live or put up with this at all. There are only two people that work here that I trust and they have done them dirty as well. Horrible horrible place

The room itself was ok. The breakfast is grits, toast, powered donuts and coffee. The guest are active and walk around and everyone seemed to know each other. The staff here are friendly and cool.

This place is definitely a "Roach" motel. I knew from the moment we pulled in and seen guys standing around/hanging out in the parking lot, that this wasn't going to be a safe place. My girlfriends and I were given a room on the very back in the dark. Room 321. After entering the room we killed several roaches. The room was nasty and stunk of cigarettes and mold. The bathroom had mold and tons of cigarette burns. After we turned the cover back on one of the beds, there was sand all over it and a dirty wash cloth. We called the front desk and asked for another room. Was told that they only had one other double bed room and it would be the room above us. We did not want to be back there in the dark. So we settled for a king size bed in the non-smoking building beside the office. Granted the room was in better shape than the one prior, we still killed a roach upon entering the room. I would highly recommend staying elsewhere!

If I could rate this 0 stars I woukd. Do not believe a single good rating about this place. It is the most disgusting motel I have ever seen. Weren't even there for five minutes and was catcalled three times. One of our rooms was deadbolted from the inside with no other way to get in which means someone was in the room. The other room smelled so bad that we couldn't even stand in it and the A/C unit was completely destroyed. This place needs to be shut down.

Evacuated for hurricane Irma. Arrived at 3am after 14 hours of driving to dirty beds/rooms. Argued with the night attendant that we could not stay in those rooms and she said that "she would just deal with it" since there is a zero refund policy (for dirty rooms!!!). Did eventually assign us rooms in another building that were satisfactory. Will not be using this hotel ever again. The fact I had to justify why I couldn't let my family stay in those rooms baffles me. This hotel is one step above camping.

If I could rate this place a ZERO star I would! This place should be paying people to stay here. By far the NASTIEST place I have ever stayed at in my life. I am a Florida evacuee due to hurricane Irma and would have rather stayed in a dumpster if it weren't for my pets. Walked in to our room not having a number on it so I had to guess if this was the room I was supposed to be staying in. Took the covers off to see a roach that was on the bed and dirty, stained bedsheets along with a cigarette burn on them. The walls and floors are disgusting with stains on them from who knows what. Housekeeping came by the second day to ask if we needed anything and after waiting an entire day for the items I asked for, I had to go find them myself. They actually came by everyday for no reason cause I had to end up getting stuff myself from their carts. There was suspicious activity which I brought up to some Indian/arab guy at the office who got pissed off and clearly offended by my concern of wanting to be safe. He lashed out on me and did not try to help at all. DO NOT waste your time or a penny on this place. If you do, you've been forewarned.

Stayed one night, and regret it. My family is traveling from WA state to Tennessee and were hoping to get a good night's rest. We walked in and found cigarette butts in the bathroom, and I found bugs around the bed. There were candy wrappers and dead bugs underneath the bed no towels in the room. I was afraid to have my daughter sleep in the bed because who knows if it's clean or not?? So we used our own blankets. Sad.

This place is scary i might say.we slept on top of the covers because it was dirty. We didn't have to much choice in staying here because we were traveling with a dog and one good thing is they allow pets at no extra charge. That was a plus. And i might say the older evening lady was VERY helpful and extremely courteous.

Reasonably sized rooms, good showers, Good heating/cooling units. Also fairly close to campus. Downsides include room smelt faintly of smoke and small pillows. It is fairly inexpensive however.
