  The rooms are spacious. It's comfortable for an extended stay. Has all the amenities you would need to feel like home.

  Mold and cigarette smoke!! The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. We took pictures and shared with corporate when local management did nothing. Corporate did not even return my call or email. The room was disgusting!! Check out the pics of our bathroom ceiling.

  Arrived at this hotel After 12 hrs ride from Chicago 8:45pm . At the office they told us they don't have room available even though reservation was made a month ago . Just horrible!!!!!

  I had a really good time at this hotel, management was great, the whole staff was very pleasant and helpful. I've been here over three weeks for work and no complaints at all.

  This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at. Never any hot water. Have to get up at 4 in the morning if you want hot water. Staff is rude. The housekeeping is a joke. Lost my mail. I could go on and on.

  The only redeeming feature of this hotel were the front desk staff. They were very nice. Elevator is in desperate need of repair. We were told they don't make parts for it anymore so won't be fixed. The rooms smell musty and cleanliness is not a priority. The high speed wifi is more like turtle speed. The tv was not working and it is the guests responsibility to wash your own towels. 2 towels for 4 people. I overheard one guest ask if he could have a discount because he had to provide his own blankets. I stayed in a Hometown Suites in Knoxville and had a wonderful experiencenever again.

  I delivery pizza here almost every day.
  Front building: Exterior is nice, rooms and halls are a bit dated. Halls are often dirty.
  Rear Building: much better aesthetic.
  Grounds are well kept.
