  Marty worked with me to sell a family home. He provided honest feedback and suggestions regarding what needed to be done to prepare the house for listing. He held an open house over a weekend and we ended up with 8 offers on the house. He walked me through each offer so I could decide on which one was best for my situation. While we had a couple of mishaps with communications, Marty was responsive and on top of things during the whole process. He was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I would use him again the next time I need to sell a house.

  We emailed Marty seeking a home in a very short MONTH’s timeframe. Marty replied immediately (within a couple of hours) and was up for the task. Marty took my fiancé & I to nothing short of 40-50 homes that month, and helped to submit a plethora of offers. Marty was extremely educational, helpful, and just a pleasure to be around during this stressful process. We landed our absolute dream home & know that it’s all because of Marty & his wonderful connections & network. We closed in just THREE WEEKS which was even earlier than our deadline.   Marty Welsh is the consummate professional. I have worked with him as both buyer and seller and found his knowledge and understanding of the market to be spot-on. Marty is also extremely responsive and patient which makes these transactions far less stressful than they might have otherwise been. Trust in Marty!

  great in every way. knows the business very well and tells it how it is which I really appreciate when it comes to something like purchasing a home. laid everything out for me to help me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process and steer me in the right direction after understanding my needs. HIGHLY recommend.
