Overpriced, but quaint. The rooms need an update and some of the antiques need TLC. I liked the location and the parking. I won't repeat.

The Martine Inn was an excellent place to stay. All the rooms are unique and have their own story. There are tons of things to do throughout the inn, such as a library full of interesting books, a game room, and a sitting room with an amazing ocean view. The price of a room comes with hors d'oeuvres and wine at night and a full breakfast in the morning. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

Unfortunately we were there for too short a time to explore all of the amenities, but this place is sweet, charming, and comfortable. You feel very cherished as a guest.

Horrible Customer Servie. I've never had such a big issue when it came to booking a stay until I booked here. The ladies at the front come off as sharks who don't care to accommodate anyone. I felt disrespected and talked down to. On the phone I couldn't even speak a full sentence without being interrupted. I tried explaining a situation that arose keeping me and my husband from being able to make out scheduled date. Keep in mind Im calling and calling and the front desk tells me I can't reschedule until 72hours before my booked date. Which is ridiculous! They have a 72hour cancellation policy. Anyways This place just wants your money and they don't care about customer service. Im so happy I won't be staying here.

I had made a mistake in the booking. The staff were very accommodating, and helped us get into an even better room that worked for our family. Great views, nice rooms, and the breakfast was great as well

Great location. Easy access to aquarium and Pacific Grove. Breakfast was OK, but more of a value add vs the raw lodging experience. One note pay attention to the check-in instructions and times as there isn't a 24 hour desk.

My wife and I have stayed at the Martine Inn several times now. We have also stayed at all the B/B in Pacific Grove. We now continue to come back to the Martine. It's quiet and we like the old quint look, the game room with ping pong and pool and Mr Martine is quite an interesting fellow to chat with.
