It's very quiet neighborhood, the room was cozy and sapcey. Even got a switch control fire! Reception was very friendly and accommodating

Great Get Away - rooms up to date and modern - love the fireplace and if you enjoy a HOT SHOWER - this place has HOT WATER - not like most places we have stayed. A little further away from the beach but was a great value. One side of the building does back up to the cemetery so it was very quiet and dark at night - Great for Walking Dead Fans - lol

Got the suite above the registration desk. Very nice, clean and big. It even has a fireplace! Some of the furnishings are as bit dated. Overall, would stay there again.

Let me start off by saying.. staff is super nice! We stayed in room 222 with a beautiful view of the cemetery. I loved it. We stayed 2 nights. We will be back .

We stayed for three nights in a cottage King room. It was delightful. On other trips, we stayed in other motels in the area. Of all available, this facility had them beat. The room was much larger than most with very high ceilings, giving it an even more spacious feeling. The shower in the bathroom had a great spray head and there was room for about 6 in the shower. The small refrigerator, microwave and sink made the accommodation perfect. Breakfast was selected from a menu and cooked to our specifications. Of course, other breakfast cereals, bagels, fruit, juices, coffee and tea were available. The lovely wine and snack time was great. It started at 4 which gave us time to socialize before going to dinner in Pacific Grove. Selecting the Cottage King room was perfect for us and our friends. We will stay here next year and avoid the other options.

Beautiful view from our room. Butterflies, deer, hummingbirds, and trees. Nice shower, decent sized room. Bed was a little hard, but not really a problem. Not a lot of power outlets in the room, we didn't expect to have a lot and brought a power strip or two. A little older place, but very well kept. Was a nice walk to the beach, a little over a half mile. Worth the 150$ per night, but I would have been disappointed if I had paid $350.

My husband and I stayed three nights in one of the one-room suites. It was well-appointed, spacious, and clean, and it had a gas fireplace, which we used every night. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
We had the cook-to-order breakfast each morning, and they were always wonderful. The potatoes were perfect! The service was prompt and friendly.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. It was the first time for me, but the fourth time for my husband (he works in the area a couple of times a year). I definitely want to come back.response / report this review -

I love the lighthouse Inn and I have been coming here for 15 years very peaceful and Serene especially the units that back up to the cemetery. I saw two little fawn's with their mother this morning out there. Their units have been completely remodeled and have microwaves and refrigerators I will not stay anywhere else when I come here

Would never stay here again. The photos are of the charming cottage estate down the road; the main hotel is a parking lot overlooking a graveyard. The downstairs rooms feel like a basement. All of the rooms lack proper temperature control, a problem the management knows about. The seal between the glass of the sliding windows in half the rooms is broken, so the windows are cloudy. The wifi is ultra-slow. The breakfast is white bread, cheap cereal and bad coffee; no fruit, yogurt or other healthier options.

First time staying here was amazing. Second time not so much, but also not bad. The bed was just really hard. Do yourself a favor and get a room with a fireplace. It makes a difference, and it seems like overall those rooms are better.

Nice room overall. Shower head was really nice. Shower door swings both ways so it got water all over the floor. Nice patio facing wooded area. Bed was comfortable, but pillows were a little small. Parking was easy and check-in was very nice and helpful. Breakfast is just the basics, great location.

What a wonderful surprise! I was looking for an inexpensive place, and found a jewel. Fantastic location, very quiet and secluded, beautiful, large rooms. Exceptionally thick towels for a hotel. Bed wasn't top-notch, but comfortable. Office staff was pleasant and accommodating.
