Great sales staff! Showroom is expansive, and the selection is excellent. I will always buy my Triumph's here.

One of the easiest purchases I ever made. Did it all thru email and they honored what they said when I got in. I dealt with Brian. Really honest and honestly one of the best purchases I ever made.

The GREATEST motorcycle dealer in the East of Pennsylvania. Phenomenal customer service and parts department. If you are buying a motorcycle talk to Mike he'll help you out as much as he can.

“I was concerned about some issues that I was experiencing with my bike that may or may not be covered under warranty. I called and talked to Ben in the service department. He had me bring the bike in, and they thoroughly checked it out. Ben assured me that there were no issues they could find but would document everything just in case of a related issue in the future. Ben answered all my questions and was very courteous. He also did all of this without charge, which was very generous, considering the time spent on the bike. This dealership definitely knows how to treat their customers, and they have gained a new one in me! ”

Came in for Fast Lane service on Saturday 8/19/17 to get the first 600 mile service done on 2007 Yamaha Roadstar! Ben wrote up the service, gave me an estimate and estimate on how long it would take. The work took less time than expected, which is always a plus, and the estimate was right on.From previous visits, I know the mechanics (techs) will take care of my bike like it was their own, and that was the case this time as well. Being able to watch the activity from the lounge is neat, just being able to watch a pro doing their work and watching the progression of service items getting done. I also had a hot dog, got to speak to Mike in sales, and a bunch of other riders about bikes and what they ride etc. And being able to speak to the guy who did the work on the bike is great too. Can't say enough good things in 250 words guys.

“I was very happy with the professionalism that Rob provided. I needed help with a part that I did not know the name of. He used a schematic to assist me in finding the parts name. Thank you for your expertise and courtesy. ”

Honestly I've never been treated so kindly by a staff of people, Brian Kemp was extremely helpful with getting my onto my dream bike, his personality shines for his work and was so prompt about all our emails before meeting to make the deal. You can tell he lives for this job because his level of passion shined talking about bikes! Jack Gonzalez helped me find the perfect price points that suited my situation and was very kind and helpful as well! He was very funny to and Brian him and myself shared causal fun stories along the way so it made the process actually fun! As I waited for my paperwork Joe Lippino gave me wonderful advice about learning to ride and about all the motorcycles in general we walked the whole facility and had a blast talking about anything and everything! He gave me wonderful tips on what to practice on a bike and how to become a better operator of my new machine! He is a genius on motorcycles and had a lot of knowledge to give a novice rider like myself and had a extremely humble and cool personality! To follow it all up Jordan in the final part of sales had a wonderful and positive attitude especially for someone who has only been there for one month was extreme prompt and brilliant with the paper work! I love your facility and wish I lived closer because your staff is the kind of people you don't wanna stop talking to and learning from! Plus the faculties layout is absolutely beautiful. I'm proud to have gotten my new bike from you guys because I know I bought a bike from genuine people who love motorcycles inside and out

“I showed up on a Saturday Morning 10 minutes before Martin's opened shop trying to get in early for inspection to beat the crowd. To my surprise there were 10 bikes already waiting. The shop door opened and Ben quickly organized everyone to get the work started. Even with my bike as the 11th in the loop, Martins group had me out the door within 1 1/2 hours. It gave me time to look around and even take a new bike out for a test ride. What a nice experience. Keep up the good work! ”

I received a phone call about a recall on my recently purchased, new motorcycle. I made an easy appointment to bring it in and have it repaired at no charge. A few days later I received the recall notice from Triumph corporate in the mail. It just goes to show that these guys are proactively taking care of their clients! Rather than wait around for the notices to hit the mail, and deal with a bunch of people all trying to get in for the same service at the same time, they took the time & care enough to make the call. Fast, easy, and always a pleasure to deal with. Love this shop!

We purchased a new Triumph Tiger XRX from Martin Moto and Jack Gonzalez and my wife and I had a great time. So many times you purchase a bike from a dealer and each step feels like it is dragging. But Jack was there to help us learn more about Martin Moto and made the entire experience a fun time. We will certainly consider buying from Martin Moto again. Besides, they always have a large selection of new and used bikes on hand as well as a pot of hot coffee! And they do one thing that most other dealers do not do and that is not only sell bikes but have a lot of different events happen at the shop encouraging you to want to return. At Martin Moto riding off the lot is not the end of an experience but the beginning of a friendship. God bless!! Michael

We all know buying a new motorcycle is exciting but dread the sales process. I must say working with Jack, Andrew, and whole Martin Moto team was a pleasure as they turned the multiple sales into an enjoyable, pressure free experience. You should give them some serious thought for next purchase as well.

I've been hanging out at Martin Moto for two years now, and it's most definitely my favorite bike shop by far. I love it so much I wish I could work for them. I'm in the market for a riding jacket, and I know Joel is the person to talk to. He always has tons of advice to give based on his actual experiences and he's really friendly as well! I really have no complaints about Martin Moto. I would recommend them to everyone.
