Love this vet! We are so happy with our new patient appointment for our cat. ALL the staff was friendly and nice. The vet is sarcastic and funny but also very knowledgeable. New patient appointment was free and we only had to pay the vaccination fees. We feel very relieved to have found a great vet!

Friendly Staff, Kind and responsive Vets. Fairly easy to get your first choice of appt times. Location hard to see from busy street. Worth looking for!

My regular vet clinic was closed already and I found this clinic was the only one open on Friday or Saturday, they squeezed me in without an appointment at the last minute on around 6 pm and as a first time customer didn't charge me for the exam. I was happy with their customer service. After I left I had concerns about the health of my cat and called them to ask a few questions, and was told that the doctor had already left but they would call his cell to resolve my concerns. I received a call back and was very happy. Other vet clinics always had trouble contacting the doc, they are always busy or something but these guys dont hesitate to talk to you on the phone

Wonderful experience.
Took my cat Stella there today. The doctor and his entire staff were extremely nice, caring and loving to the animals.
The doctor came out and walkwd both my wife and I, seperately, through what happened and what they did to fix it. The bill came out for less than quoted as well. The office was updated and clean with nice chairs.response / report this review -

The most friendly staff I have experienced​. I am sort of a crazy dog mom and I felt comfortable leaving my baby there for the day while she had surgery. She is doing great and they called me to make sure she was alright :)

This place is amazing. Even though I went during a busy time when they were understaffed and I had to wait a little while. When my kitty and I were brought back into the room they were amazing and accommodating. The vet assistant and veterinarian were both amazing and treated my cat very well. I have recommended 5 of my family members to come to this place (which they now do). They are reasonably priced and take great care of our fur babies!

Great Dr and the nurses are sweet but if it's your first visit remember to grab the health insurance paper because if they forget and u come in 4 days later it'll be too late to sign up and they don't honor it.

We have always received great care for our little dog and felt very welcome at Martha lake animal hospital. We came here after going to a VCA and having a horrible experience (we were quoted at over $1000). We took our pup in for a second opinion and left with a bill that was less than $150 and actually helped our dog get better. The front may be chaotic at times--but that's not uncommon for most vets offices and I wouldn't hold it against them. We no longer live in the area but still drive our dog to Martha lake. I would definitely reccomend.

This is our current vet and it's great so far. We've been taking our pup here for over a year and he doesn't hate it He's 12 so he's kind of old and picky :-)

We took our dog here for follow-up shots after originally going elsewhere. Great experience, the staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and treated our dog well. This place has the best-priced services which was a plus. This vet clinic was more concerned about the care of my pet than padding their pockets. Thanks again for your awesome service!
