Beyond expectations. The host was amazing. Location is perfect to walk to town, plenty of parking. There is tea/cofee/water available anytime. Breakfast was amazing, not just one choice as many places but a menu. Great advice on where to go for meal, shopping and etc. The place was spotless, well decorated, it is one of the best inn I have been at. Would definitely come again.

Old style building friendly staff and breakfast was great would have no problem in recommending to others parking was off street at rear of house.

charming B&B. The owner is pretty relaxed and the back patio is great during the warmer season. It's location is okay and within walking distance of a the beach trails, but you're better off driving or taking one of their bikes. If the staff offers to help you get tickets for the house tours keep in mind that they charge an extra fee per ticket.

Although there was no brass in the brass room, it did make me feel like top brass when staying there, thus earning it's name. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of all the shopping and sites of Newport. Kay Street is quiet and beautiful, especially during the daffodil days in April, when we stayed.

The breakfast was very tasty, and well presented, yet on the light side. Perhaps I have been spoiled by other bed and breakfast s that I have stayed at, but we had to eat again by 10, while walking around Newport. The price was quite reasonable, and I would consider staying there again.
