A regular destination for us. We enjoy the laid back atmosphere at Monarch. Owner friendly place.

We love this resort. Since 1984 we have been coming here. One of the new activities in the last number of years is the Thrive program of fitness activities. Scott is an enthusiastic, interested and helpful trainer who gives us a good workout whether it is aquafit in the heated pool, a sunrise beach walk or a bike ride to view lolling alligators in local waterways. Thanks Scott for all of your interest in guests' well being.

This place was awesome! There was so much to do around the premises. There's a beautiful beach there, although it wasn't completely that way when I visited (They were cleaning up from Irma) There's activities for family, that special someone and a whole lot more! Definitely a place to go and come back to.

I have returned to this resort for at least 15 years, the location is perfect. I enjoy staying here for several reasons, it is a smaller resort and well cared for. The resort is updated on a regular basis and everything is CLEAN. The staff is friendly and responsive. I enjoy renting the bikes and riding around Sea Pines and on the beach. This place has everything I need for a perfect vacation for my family!

The beds in the guest bedroom are very small. So small that only one person would be able to sleep on each bed. Parking is terrible. There are only two cars allowed on the premises per Villa. One car is given a tag for priority parking and the other car is given a tag for overflow parking. If you don't get in the resort in the evening in time to park in the Overflow parking then you may have to park somewhere else and take a trolley or you can park in the business lot next door but have to move by 8 a.m. the next morning.

I've owned a timeshare here for 30 years and we still love it. Best beaches in the world! Always clean. Great facility. Located in Sea pines which is best site in HH

Nice resort, condos were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Its right on tje beach as well. Crowd is mostly 40+ here with families, so it's a quiet place.

My family and I have been coming to this resort since I was in my mom's belly, and we look forward to it every year. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the amenities are great. Every once in awhile we'll run into an out of order hot tub or elevator, and parking is always a challenge, but these are small issues compared to the fun and relaxation we experience each time we come. I hope to continue to enjoy this place with my own kids some day!

Best of many excellent Marriott properties we have visited. Check in experience was great. The entire staff was polite, friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough to help us. The resort is gorgeous and the accommodations top notch. Everything is so clean and well maintained and the buildings tuck in almost invisibly within the beautiful tress, lagoons and pools. Easy access to what seems like a private beach. Great welcome packet and the concierge and desk staff provided excellent recommendations to plan fun visits to local attractions. The resort itself was almost cruise-like with so many activities planned every day for the guests. Hilton Head and the Monarch combined to provide a 5 star vacation experience. Highly recommended

Great friendly staff, very helpful. Large well maintained property. On the ocean in a quiet neighborhood. Small kitchen is nicely equipped. Living room furnishings are a little uncomfortable but ok. You will need a car because restaurants are a ways away. Comfortable for 4 adults (2 bedroom units). Recommended
