Portsmouth location ONLY. (Dover was FANTASTIC) Disorganised, inefficient, limited
options, no answers, and very poor customer service. Drove 30 minutes out of my way to
Dover, (happy I did) to get my piece which has been in their possession for over a week waiting to simply be assessed for a minor job. Still no answer to my simple question after waiting over a week. No courier service available to return my ring to me where I left it in Portsmouth. Three week turn around for sizing. Went to Dover and got immediate answers and a very quick sizing. Will definitely never do business again in Portsmouth. Go to Dover!

Absolutely love the staff in the Portsmouth location, as well as their online folks. Bought a new wedding band for me and a watch for my husband. Wedding band prong became loose and a diamond fell out- now they're replacing that without charge. Quick, helpful and customer oriented business. Also appreciate their beautiful stock.

this store has really turned around from where it was five years ago. They have always had a great selection but now their staff is stellar! If you are looking for a vintage piece or an estate engagement ring, go here and they have 3 other stores if they don't have it here, they may somewhere else! I love the Dover store.

I was so absolutely THRILLED when I stopped in this shop with my husband. We were just in town for a few days and were doing some shopping downtown and stopped in this shop just on a whim. Everyone in there was very helpful and extremely friendly. I browsed around and pointed to some things and one of the young guys pulled out a box of rings and said "play around" if he had not done that I would of never found the ring I purchased. Colleen helped us from there on out once I found the ring I have been looking for to match my engagement ring! A vintage 1920's estate engagement ring. The ring I found was made for my ring and I couldn't believe it. I was so pleased, I never write reviews but the service was great and Colleen was extremely knowledgeable. Thank you SO MUCH, you made my trip!!!!
