Absolutely delicious. Spicy tuna sushi was very tasty for a first timer (eating sushi that is). Had beef tenderloin special as my entree. This was the most perfectly medium cooked beef, it literally melted in my mouth. Definitely recommend!

We are here last night. Food was so good we are here again tonight! I know there are other good restaurants here in Auburn, but we decided to stick with what we know!!

The food was very good. Absolutely delicious! But they also bent over backwards to make us feel at home. We had three young ones with us - usually a trial at a nice restaurant - but they made us feel relaxed so we could just enjoy the great food and atmosphere. Definitely stop in if you are in town!

This was our first time at Moro's December 3, 2016. We were a party of 8mhad a reservation for 7:30pm, I have to give this review as a 1 star service was poor the server came to our table to take drink orders and when she brought them back to the table she had no idea who ordered what drink, as well as any refill of ice tea we were charged for each refill not informing anyone of this either. My drink was a pomegranate martini that was more like a martini glass of fruit juice. Our appetizers came in shifts 3 of our guest received there order and the rest of us waited about 20 min longer for our salads which came warm not cool no crisp in the salad and very bland and again our server could not get who ordered what salad. We waited. A very long time for our entre to come without our server ever coming back to our table to let us know how much longer, I ordered the angus burger and fries I asked for it to be med to med well and to make sure the fries were hot and crispy with a side of mayo and ketchup well none of the above occurs the burger was so over cooked and dry fries were cold soggy and I had to remind our server for the mayo and ketchup I did not eat only perhaps two bites and left the rest, I mentioned that a Qiarter pounder at McDonals had more flavor then this did. Others in our party ordered lamp chops both said they were over cooked cold and had a very gamey taste and everything was mashed together on the plate less then a half teaspoon of mint jelly. The decor was bland for a pricey Resturant and no table cloths that had a feeling of eating at Applebee's these are just a few of the issues our first and last time to dine at Moro's in Auburn NY. So very disappointed

We were looking around for a place to get good quality dessert, and we found this place. When we first arrived, a guy (maybe the owner?) asked if we had a reservation. We told him that we did not he seemed annoyed. But there were only 4 tables being used, and a slide show presentation in a private room.
We were seated, and everything seemed fine. We asked for dessert menus, and the waitress was more than accommodating. She chatted with us and seemed quite friendly. The man who asked if we had a reservation brought out our desserts. After a while, our waitress came back and checked to see how everything was and left the check. We finished the desserts (which were very good) and placed cash in the check book. We were just sitting there talking and the man who greeted us came to the table and took the check book and opened it and said "are you all set with this? Oh I guess you are" and walked away. We continued to sit and talk for at least 10 more minutes and our waitress never came back, nor did the guy who took the check.response / report this review -

Elegant, welcoming staff and well-prepared quality food. Felt like I was in a nice European restaurant where quality truly matters.
