My family left the Island of O'ahu less than 24 hrs ago. We are tanned perfectly, our ears still hearing the sounds of waves hitting Waikiki beach and the blowing of the horn from the sea shells cautioning a nearby boat--this amazing music we heard daily from our lanai. Awe, TAKE ME BACK TO HAWAII..ha
John from HTW (Hawaiian travel west) is & was the best travel agent I have ever used. I will never go anywhere else AND you shouldn't either!! John is amazing, I will forever be thankful for all TIME & EFFORT HE MADE TO PLAN OUR FIRST HAWAIIAN FAMILY VACATION. John had the best advices on the Island of O'ahu, starting from our wonderful SPK hotel and her friendly staff, to the right car rental place, to a drive plan, to the best and affordable eateries, to the must see attractions, getting the best seats for best luau in Hawaii "Paradise Cove", and HE WAS AVAILABLE OR ALWAYS WILLING TO BE AVAILABLE FROM THE DAY WE CALLED HIM TO PLAN OUR VACATION TO THE DAY WE CAME HOME.
John was dedicated to making this family trip memorable, hassle free as much as possible, worry free, etc just anything to make sure we enjoyed our time in Hawaii. Believe me, when he tells you he is there for you from the beginning to the end. HE IS & WAS FOR US! Awe, even his sweet wife was there to answer questions for us, she was soo nice.
Thank you John for everything, you went above and beyond for my family. I hope, hope to plan with you again soon! (Let the saving begin..haha)

P/S: Next time you talk to Alex C. tell him I hoped he liked his goodies. He was a nice man. Please let Alex know that Bobby at the front desk of SPK was the best, he was most friendliest, helpful and just an awesome guy. He is a definite jewel for SPK.
