Not very large, but pretty cool representation of Marco Island's history. It's in great condition and well kept. There's not a whole lot to do on this island so I recommend.

Friendly informative staff, Ask the staff questions about the Calusa Indians , local areas of fun, and the Florida Burrowing Owl. Such a great place to visit and learn.

I visit the museum every summer, and there is always something new.
Amazing place, and everyone visiting Marco Island should stop by and learn more about the history of the island.

Awesome museum. Give yourself plenty of time to take it all in and plan return visits. Just packed with local history from the earliest native peoples through modern usage of the islands.

I visit every 6 months or so. It is now finished with excellent exhibits. It features the Calusa Indians and Marco Island history. They are finishing an exhibit of paintings on the exterior walls to look like window views. Very creative. Always take visitors there.
