  You should absolutely visit this museum, especially if you are a local. Mr. Hadley has amassed an impressive collection of history to share. The people working there were all very nice.

  My husband and I stopped in Thomasville to visit the shops. We never made it because we saw signs for the Black History Museum. Unfortunately, we arrived about 4:00 and they closed at 5:00. We went in and were greeted by a young man, who worked for Mr Hadley. We saw a brief film, and then Mr Hadley explained how the museum was organized. We knew we needed more time to see everything, so I chose Plantation Life, The First Responders Wall and The Special Achievers Wall. My husband chose The Military Section. This museum focuses on accomplishmemts and promotes success.
  We enjoyed every bit of the museum and Mr. Hadley's commentary. To get the most of your visit, I suggest asking questions. As a side note, I love the idea of The Achievement Wall and would like to "borrow" the idea for my Church.

  Not a lot of interesting stuff to look at. Not worth $5.00. Rude service. The receptionist is extremely rude. The website said free but it's not free. What a rip off

  An Amazing piece of history one one could never think to let go .
  A place to learn about the things that never com up at school.
  A piece history made using the history one had step throught and more extravagant than any fancy display.
  To see this place again and shake mr hadley's hand again.
  To have been able to have tangable copies of i had taken with my flip phone (while the rest of the world had their smart phones) would be heaven.
  this place males up for it lack of fancy over priced displays with it abundance of actual historic artifacts that where obtain by such as cuting out a newspaper or buying the novality items of companies of Coke-a-Cola from that time period.
  this place seemed amazing
  or at least it was when i went their
  sometime back.
