Bought a used Lexus on Monday and was told if the car needed a new battery they would give us one. Never happened. Had to go and buy one. Also the car had new brakes installed. Was told about the slight grinding noise. Found out one of the brakes is completely gone. Also dealer never called back to resolve this problem. Spoke to someone in service to see about resolving the brake problem. If they resolve brake problem will not be back at all. Not happy with this Dealership at all.Dropped my car off this morning to resolve brake issue. That was around 9:15. Got a ride back home. It is now 11:30 and my car is sitting back home. Brake issue has been resolved. Very happy. Would do business with them Again. Thank you MMG. Very happy.❤❤❤

I traveled 1.5 hrs to buy our pre-owned vehicle that we found online. George was very helpful on the phone describing the vehicle to me before I came and also was able to estimate monthly payments. He was very courteous and respectful. I appreciated that he gave my wife and I time and space to make our decision, and didn't push us into the sale but still sold us on the vehicle.

Been bringing our vehicles here for service for several years. Haven't had any issues, fixed right the first time. Bought a car here last year. Good overall experience.

Hanna was excellent in providing guidance on how to use the technology in the Lincoln MKC that I recently purchased. Hanna also made herself very available for any questions that I would have. She was very knowledgeable about the qualities of the vehicle and identified it's many assets that were important features that I was looking for!

Page was excellent I would highly recommend her to anyone. With Page there wasn't any high pressure sale she asked us what we wanted and needed in a car she then brought 2 different ones for us to look at and compare for our family. She has called 2 times to check on how I have been with my car and to see if I had any questions. Thank you Page for all of your help!!

So happy with my experience with MMG. I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord. Our sales girl Page was so welcoming and helpful and had I not been contacted by your internet folks I probably wouldn't have made an appointment to consider a new car. Would recommend her to anyone!

Great experience all around. Worked with 2 different sales reps, both of which was a great help. I purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 and they offered more than most places for my trade in. Test drive was laid back and the gentleman didn't flood me with all of the features right off the bat. He more so let me look around and ask questions. Everything was seamless all the way through start to finish including signing papers. Most of the time when you are at a car lot, you have a car in mind. I've worked in various different sales positions in my life and the biggest thing to a customer is to allow the customer to buy.. rather than you sell them a car. I had my eye set on 2 vehicles and was never offered any others. I truly appreciated that. I will definitely be back in the future.

If I could rate lower than one star I would, drove two hours after confirming by phone that morning that car was not sold only to be told upon arrival that it had been sold! Very angry that they are so incompetent.. would not ever buy a car from this car lot, just providing a public service to others thinking about trusting this group of sales "professionals". they scoffed when my husband requested the gas mileage, not even to mention our time!

I bought my car from here with 2 hours drive from my place, but it is such wonderful experience for me. Heather Long is really good at taking care her customer and answering any questions you have. My shopping time is kind of long due to my personal reasons, but it is enjoyable and relaxing. Also, it is such a pleasure to meet the owner and have a fun talk. Overall, I would recommend anyone who wants to get a really good deal on a car, also wants to have a good customer service to go there. Even needs a long drive to there, but definitely worth it. I promise!
