Worse auction experience ever. Terrible customer service & extremely unprofessional staff. No call backs or follow up on an issue caused by them. Their accounts department wasted my 3 days & costed me a lot of money for their negligence & poor service. Never dealing with them again. Absolutely awful experience.

Run from this place, they sold us a car under green light with multiple issues, we called in attempted to arbritrate but nothing.. we were never assisted properly, got GM involved still nothing they didnt even call us back.. I wouldnt do any more business with them and will never buy a car from them again.. horrible cars & service.. all these other 4-5 star reviews are fake.. pay pay people and their employees to leave good reviews, don't be fooled like us.

This is the best Manheim location as far as title issues and arbitration problems go. Quick resolutions take place, where other Manheim's (DARLINGTON) don't care about helping you out much at all.

Worth auction ever. Customer service sucks. From title department to arb. Bought few cars from Hendrick mobile auction after 2 month no title and of course no one at the auction know what's going on I called arb and made a claim to return them so I dropped off both cars at Manheim auction (Kenly) after 3 MONTH from that date I see the checks has been cashed called the auction to find out what's going on and Greg at arb says man I don't know what r u talking ab and the story goes on and on. I feel they are crooks will NEVER buy from them agine
