The worse Manheim I've been to yet. Cars parked in the dirt. A lot of non-english speaking employees.
Bought a car that was listed at 82K and come to find out it has 135K on it. Lesson learned not to go here again.
All manner of vehicles sold and bought. Well organized auction place
I do not know where to start with this auction, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I OVE BUYERS STAY AWAY! I buy on average 20-25 cars a week on OVE and this has been the absolute worste experience I have ever had dealing with DANNY DEROSA and his team at arbitration! The car was hit and had catalytic converter code when I got it and called and reported it on day 5 and was told everything was going to get resolved with the catalytic converter and was told to call security about the damages, I then kept calling back to get an update with no luck. I then get a hold of them on day 14 again and they tell me sorry no luck buddy its now to late you are out of the time frame after I had told them about it on day 5 out my 14 days PSI. As an OVE buyer I would stay away as they run a legitimate scam.
Great place to get cars. Must be on the lookout though for quality
My experience at Mayhem was okay because I always check my vehicle so I never had a problem with them. The customer service is okay some people do have attitudes there but most of the employees are very helpful to me
I been going there for 25 years, very tough market nothing cheap specially here, lots of crooked young dealers these days who are doing this part time and illegally selling cars on the street that I don't appreciate. They come to auction and mess with cars to get it cheap, I wish if I can catch one of those low life dealers so can get arrested and get banned from all auction and I would post there pix everywhere ..lots of corrupted employees there too. When you are honest dealer you get sick and tired of this ps.
Los car son mas comodos que otras subastas..la atencion no es mala las ppcas veces que fui no me fue mal..
Cars on Thursday night are mainly junk, engine, tranny or other major problem, be very careful Thursday night. Cars on Tuesday are decent. Vehicle storage lot is not paved, hard to get around. Service truck is not available all the time, so if your car is dead or blocked by another dead car you're stuck. If there is snow or rain make sure to take waterproof boots.
Most people inside are OK, some are rude and have no idea about customer service and some people are really helpful.
In comparison to other car auction, this one would rate very low.
worst dealer policy . 9 out of 10 cars have engine light on and auction dont stand by the buyer , they only help seller to sell those vehicle with issue.even if you pay auction to post sale a car for problem , at the end of the day the car is buy as-is.it doesnt matter if the dealer sell green light or not cause the auction is not there to help buyers but to help seller and them make money.
The customer service is terrible and God forbid you need a question answered; you just get bounced from voicemail to voicemail and no one ever calls you back. Need to speak to the guard shack? Good luckvoicemail that is not set up and wont allow you to leave a message. Need to speak to the security manager? Good luck, voicemail that is not set up and wont allow you to leave a message. Need to speak to Dealer Services? Good luck, leave a voicemail that will NEVER be returned. Seeing a pattern here? This place is the Bermuda Triangle and should be treated as suchSTAY FAAAAAAR AWAY. Buy from any other Manheim location but stay away from the quagmire called Skyline.
35 years in this business and this sale is as professional as any I've felt with
Customer service top shelf Ove terrific
Manager runs a true ship and if u bring a clean unit to sell represent it professionally and announce condition deal sticks
You can't complain if u sell junk and try to get something over on anybody
Skyline has come a very long way and surpasses all its competition 5 ***** s
