  I love B&J Fabrics. I have had such polite help and have found amazing fabric that I could never find in another store. My particular favorite is the Japanese woven cotton selection. I have brought visiting friends here and they also love it.

  The prices at B&J are overly exorbitant and the fact that they don't offer coupon codes or sales is offensive to me as a consumer. Their site would be so much better if they offered more description of the fabrics beyond just fiber content.

  Hey there, its Jack and Brianna here, and we just want to wish the best wishes to both you and your company. We simply ADORE the name choice, and the fabrics you produce are literally to DIE for. I was wondering though, when will you open up a store in Australia? We would really appreciate it. Brianna and I are curious to how you generate business in New York, and would really appreciate your words. You see, we don’t really think America is for us, because here in Australia, we possess stability and such. SO basically.   If you don't want to waste your time wading through poor quality fabrics, come straight here. Beautiful fabrics and good prices for what they offer. Very helpful staff and so organized, you'll never want to go anywhere else

  The staff is so rude. Me and my mother went in there to browse and my mom found a gorgeous piece of cotton fabric. Which was still good enough to be used and in any other fabric store they would sell it to you. She went up to a man who didn't even acknowledge her, he was just singing to the music playing on the radio. Then when my mom finally got his attention he snacked the fabric right from her hands and said that that was rude of her to go through their boxes. My mom found it on a hanger. Second when we were looking for a specific fabric no one came up to us for help. And when we did ask for help they all said they needed to do something and left. If I could give it no stars for service I would but they have an amazing selection of fabrics and embroideries. So I'll give them one star.

  Try to buy some fabric on-line. Paid via my Visa. It took them several days to acknowledge my purchase and only after I called to verify that they even gotten my order. The bank was the only way I could tell that they had taken the money. The girl handling my order said that she was dealing with it right then but had no idea of why I had not received an email confirming my order. So other than that, I thought everything was good, until today( five days AFTER my call) when I got a call from the same girl telling me that they could not fulfill my order because they did not have enough of the fabric and they did not expect to ever get the fabric again. I cancelled the order for several reasons. One..I do not like being lied to, and two, it should NEVER take that long to fulfill a customer's order. I checked my bank and I still do not have my money back from them. NOT HAPPY.
