Never had a bad experience here whether its a takeout or dine in. The staff,menu,quality and taste all sit atop any other pizza/sub establishment..

Since the new owners took over the service has declined. You wait longer for your food. The employees wear their pants half off their butts. Disgusting. The food is not as good. Don't go there as much. Took everything down that was on the walls.

This has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I'm a nice person, and I don't lose my cool very often. I placed an online order to be delivered as soon as possible. An hour went by, so I called in to check on it. The guy who answered explained to me that they were understaffed and running behind and that my order would probably be another 30-45 min. I said ok and I understood the dinner rush hour. But then another hour went by and I called and the person that answered immediately placed me on hold for 5 min. I hung up and called again, at which point someone answered and wanted to place me on hold again, at which point I said no and asked again about my order. They said they would get it to me as soon as possible, at which point I asked for a refund on my credit card. She refused to give me a refund on my card and said that she could put it on my store account, as if I would ever be so inclined to order from here again. So I got in my car and travelled .25 miles up the road, and walked in the store to speak to a manager. There were customers in front of me so I waited for them to place their order. One of the worker's boyfriends rudely walked towards the nice family in front of me and told them that if they didn't like the restaurant that they could leave. I am absolutely appalled at the behavior that they allow in their restaurant. The family in front of me also walked out the door due to the rudeness. When I finally got to speak to a manager, she gave me cash refund and took no responsibility for anything going on here. I cannot believe how much time and energy I have wasted due to this experience. If Mancino's doesn't have the workers and respect to cater to customers, they should not be in business. Like I said, I'm a good and nice person. This is my second google review in my entire life and it's astounding to see the service that happens in my own hometown.

Great Pizza! Needed gluten free for one of our kids with Celiac and they do a great job taking the necessary precautions when prepping and delivery the pizza. Check them out if you're local or in town visiting!

Exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive staff.
I returned to my car to listen to a satellite radio program while my pizza order was in processthe young man, Mike, who took the order knew I'd left for my show, but came outside with the orderI waved and said I'd be right in, when I came inthe pizza was out of the box, on a pedestal in a warming oven
Hey!!! Better service you can't get, no where, no how
Please let Mike know his courteous manners for my benefit were very refreshing in this world of too many mess ups

I have to give credit where credit is due I loved Mancino's in the past when it opened but over time the quality fell off and I quit getting food there. It was oily. Lettuce was wilted and the meat seemed like it had been frozen. THANK YOU to the new owners for bringing quality back!! I had my first food since they took over. I was told they are using all fresh. I had the 18" italian grinder. All of the ingredients were very fresh and flavorful. Had half for lunch then finished it for dinner. Going back today to get another one cause it's my birthday and it is what i want.
