  This is one of the cleanest, quickest urgent cares I've ever been to. The staff took care of me like careing mothers.Robin and Alese we're very professionals , along with the front desk staff who were also very caring and understanding. One of the best urgent cares in the South Bay and believe me I've been to a couple in my time. Hopefully you'll never need to come to urgent care but if you do I recommend this one highly I wish I could give it six stars thanks to the staff I feel so much better

  I can't say enough about this business. The Staff was excellent, very professional and efficient. They referred me to a specialist, and bird-dogged an appointment for me on short notice. Cheers to them.
  
  Bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt these days, it seems a lot of people get off on complaining about everything.

  This facility shouldn't be called an "Urgent Care." Truly horrible experience with the front desk and the NP that was on duty when I had come in for an urgent matter. The front desk didn't know what to do when I came in and the NP was even more clueless. The NP was very very rude to me and my husband regarding my needs. She basically kicked us out saying she can't do anything for us. Again, DO NOT go here for any urgent needs as they don't know how to do their job, including the front desk. You also don't want to be treated by NP's. You want actual primary care physicians/doctors. The PCP there does NOT see patients. The clinic is run by him but you can only consult NP's. Choose wisely

  This is one of the not many Urgent Cares in South Bay that performs the HSV Type 1 & 2 (IgM = recent exposure) Test so thumbs up for this place and the people working here as well. Keep doing a great job.

  I found this new urgent care clinic when I started coming down with my yearly bout of strep throat. When I entered the waiting room, I was very impressed by how clean and beautiful the facility is. It's all brand new construction, so it doesn't feel old and dirty like a lot of the other urgent cares in the area. I filled out paperwork and they got me into an exam room within 10 minutes. The doctor was a female, which made me totally comfortable to speak to her. They did lab work on site and I left with the antibiotics I needed, since they keep them in stock. The whole experience was wonderful and so fast! I was in and out in 30 minutes. As much as I love my PCP, this place is so close and took so little time that I will definitely come back the next time I get sick.
