Bashir was my driver. They came on time, even at 2:30 am on a Monday, and helped me load my bags. Very courteous and punctual. The car was clean and comfortable.

Needed an extremely early flight, he was at my pick up location several minutes early and got me to the jetport perfectly on time.

Me and my family were very worried thinking our driver would never show up but he did show up in time and also came 10 minutes early just in case, I loved this service so much I’ve been using it ever since then, almost 3 years now thank you so much to the drive that drive me and my family to the airport… 💙

I haven't taken a cab in 20 years. Called this company for a one time use. Ended up being charged $35 to go from Westbrook to Portland a little less than 8 miles. The next day I used Uber and it only cost $15. I would never in my life use Maine universal cab again

He came and picked me up at 4am and he was still a few minutes early! He’s super professional and all around a sweet guy. I had loads of fun on my ride and will definitely be riding again.
