The food is barely adequate, and the service was really bad. Many other reviewers mention this but it’s basically a self serve place but they automatically add on a tip. In addition to that, they not only had a place to add more of a tip, but the man behind the counter actually asked if I was going to leave one, which made me uncomfortable.
The food is ludicrously expensive for what you get. Park City is an expensive place but you should expect a certain level of quality that wasn’t there.
Got a plate of pasta and some fries, and it came out to $44. The pasta had barely any sauce on it, and honestly tasted more flavorless than store bought frozen pasta. The fries were supposed to have cheese on them and had maybe a few small strands of shredded cheese. Not hot, and very little flavor.
The wait staff only interacted with us once and were fairly rude, and scolded us for not knowing the ordering process, when they had never told us.

Food was pretty good, very nice place. A few complaints, However, the drink machine area smelled awful but I can get over that. Where my real issue was, I got a plate of tortellini for one person. The price for said plate was $20, that's a lot for some noodles, plus a drink ($3.25). Expensive food aside, the thing that really got me is that there is a forced gratuity charge. They tack on an additional 14% when nobody even served me, the place is self serve. They seat you, you go up when you're ready and pay, the food Is cooked and someone drops it off. They don't check on you, they aren't serving you. You also get your own drinks

The food is great. The noodles are freshly made there and the pizza is great. Family friendly place. It is a bit pricey but it's Park City so that's almost everything. They do add a 14% gratuity but yet again Park City your going to spend money. I will certainly go back. Large portions and great tasting food.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times over the years- it’s always mediocre. It’s one of the only places that look kid friendly on Main Street (thus the reason we’ve gone back). It’s definitely tourist food- overpriced and not very good. It’s a weird mix between self-serve and not (you order the food at the counter and get your own drinks/they bring out your food and plates.) The automatic gratuity is the worst thing about this place. The garlic bread is not worth $9- it’s small, like the bread is the size of a Jimmy John’s sandwich bun. Basically, the reviews are pretty accurate. It’s not horrible food, but it’s not a great atmosphere overall.

Great traditional pizza parlor. Delicious pizza and garlic knots. Tasty wings. Huge Cobb salad. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Great for families.

Minus a star for prices. $20 for basic pasta that you could make at home? Extremely basic good with unremarkable portions. I'd understand the prices if the portions were huge, but they're not.
Minus a star for the service. They lost our order and we had to remind them we were still waiting after 30 minutes of watching everyone else around us come and go. Weird set up of having to be walked to a table but you go to the counter to order but they bring your food but you get your own drinks? Pick your restaurant style and stick to it.
Minus a star for noise and heat. It is cold especially sitting near their giant single paned windows.
Minus a star for expecting gratuity. Don't expect me to tip if you're not actually coming my table to check in e, refill drinks, or even ask how the food is.response / report this review -

So me and my family went on Tuesday afternoon for quick lunch at noodles and company. First impression, the hispanic guy who work at the front is not polite, kind a rude. And then I ordered the chicken fettuccine And guess what chicken was not cooked, and also we ordered fries and the fries is not fully cooked either. We gave him back the food n one of the plate size was wrong we ordered one half plate n one full plate but both were half plate. Terrible experience, i will suggest everyone do not go there to eat, waste of money n time

On vacation. First place we went for dinner. The sign on the podium said wait to be seated so we did. Saw a couple employees walk by and yet we still waited to be seated. We just went in and took the closest open table. Turns out there are no servers. Once your seated you get back up, wait in line to place your order with a cashier who has a look on his gave like you just inconvenienced him by showing up. You even have to get your own drinks and refills from the soda fountain. But the best part is the 12% service fee your charged when you pay for already overpriced food. The half size pasta is the same size as the kids portion for twice the price. And there is no service to justify that charge. The only pleasant employee was the gentleman who grabbed the high chair, our to go boxes and gave our daughter an orange slice. Everyone else working there looks miserable. Better off at olive garden. Pasta on top is kids @$7.00 bottom is adult half portion $14.00.

Real New York Style pizza, it's so good! We also love their wings. Any time we are in or near Park City we stop here. Note that a gratuity is already added to your check when you order. Also, kind of pricey but it's Park City after all. And it's worth it anyway!

"Foods good, service is very poor.*
This place basically has a fantastic tequila lime chicken pasta.
Update: Super surprised by the low star reviews. I still eat here almost every time I am in Park City. The staff is friendly but not super impressive (which I am fine with) the food is great, especially the #2 Pasta, and it's pricey but not over any other restaurant in Park City.
It's family friendly, fast, good, and have a lot of space if you have a large party.
Update #2: Just finished writing that good review when the waitress just took all of our food, drinks, and my phone as we went to get a refill because they don't refill your drinks. I get mistakes happen but she then told us we should have left our phone and "purses" (of which I don't have) on the table to show we were still there. Apparently a plate full of food isn't enough of a sign. She did not offer to replace it and continued cleaning the table by taking our full drinks that we just filled up. I eat here every time I visit park city. I love the pizza and if you are sharing it's not a bad price for a group of people. I like that you get your own drinks that you order than sit down. Nice not having a server bothering you every so often. This place is always busy. For those haters it's busy so people love eating here. I do feel that it could be much cleaner but I always have a great time every time I visit.

This is probably the only family children friendly restaurant in park city. Don't come with high expectations no truffles here, but pizzas, sandwiches pastas, personally my favorite is Stir Fry with many veggies. Prices are affordable and cheaper than most restaurants plates go from $10 to $20. You get free refills cold and hot drinks. Great service and free apples. Can't go wrong.

Food is really good. The way you order is a little different than most places. You sit and look through the menu then have to get in a line when you're ready to order. Service was ok the last time we went.

Main Street has a pretty good vibe and the food was pretty good. The prices were just high for what you got. Nearly $20 for a plate of pasta that can barely feed one is crazy for a restaurant such as this, where you don't even order from the table and you get your own fountain drinks.

I am a pasta loving girl who has tried all different types of spaghetti, and has never had a bad experiencethat is until now. I've never had such bland spaghetti. Feels like someone just put watered down tomato sauce on top of noodles and called it good. Also the price for such a small portion? The piece of "garlic pizza" was bigger than the serving. Ridiculous. But there is an up side, my boyfriend's calzone was pretty good and service is great as is the atmosphere. Will probably come back but will try their other options.

We got take out. It took forever to make our pasta and the place wasn't even half full. An employee saw us still waiting and asked in the kitchen why the long wait. Told us 2 minutes and it was still at least 5. The recycled material take out boxes got super soggy and flimsy very quickly on our drive home. The pasta was flavorless as was the sauce. There appear to be no typical spices at all, not even black pepper. And for this price? We won't be going back here. Don't recommend.
