  I did a special order of their balsamic pork chops. I got 20 1-1/2 inch thick. Everyone loved them so much I got an ovation.

  Excellent service and best Butcher in the area. They have great prices and fun entree ideas for entertaining. My favorites are the Jalapeno Cheddar Brats and Bacon. I wrap the brats with the bacon and cook them on the grill. Try it, you'll never have a brat without bacon again!!
  
  They have a very nice selection of meat rubs, sauces and side dishes to complete the meal. They even have fun t-shirts and novelty items. It's a fun place to visit.
  
  Join their email list. They send out monthly news letters that have a lot of good information and specials.

  They might look like just a butcher shop, but they're so much more. They have a great lunch and dinner menu as well.

  Bought a 9 lb bone in, spiral sliced ham with honey glaze for Christmas dinner. Absolutely delicious. The bone makes carving a bit of a challenge but the taste was the best.

  This place is a breath of fresh air! I'm telling you it's the best damn meat market I have been to.. Very clean and homey feeling, the people are super friendly and professional and the venisonI got back was second none. Well played main street meats!
