I just got my house cleaned for the first time by the maid crew and I am very disappointed. I wanted a fresh clean before family got here for the holidays and nothing looks like it was cleaned. The bathrooms and the floors don’t even looked touched. I’m including photos.

The communication of services provided, arrival time, etc. was excellent. 3 maid arrived for a deep clean and window cleaning add-on. They were done in 2 hours. The completed job did not meet my expectations for a standard, reoccuring cleaning and was significantly below my expectations for an upgraded deep clean. Before leaving, they asked if I was satisfied. I pointed out the kitchen floor, which they ran a mop over, still had spots and looked dirty. One person started to remove spots with a paper towel and the lead said she would take care of it, did a quick second pass with the mop, leaving the spots and asking if there was anything else. They literally were packed up at the front door, so I just let them leave. Fans blades were left dirty. They didn't touch under the couches. I cleaned the bathroom floor after they left and took a picture halfway through to show the difference along with pictures of under furniture and a corner of the laundry room. I found their used yellow washcloth sitting on a bed.

The Maid Crew is the best ever company. Their work is excellent n they even don’t mind pets (they love my 2 doggies). They are kind and the employees really care about doing n providing the best service ever!! They showed much compassion when my Dad was very very sick (he’s now passed away) and they had to clean around him when he was in bed. I’ve come to love the workers. Highly Highly recommend this company!!!

The Maid Crew is fantastic! I have used other cleaning services and The Maid Crew is by far superior. The great customer service begins with your initial telephone call and never ends. They listen to your specific cleaning needs and have those notes for the crew (I am obsessed with clean kitchen floors and spotless bathrooms). I have never been disappointed. The one time I did have a small concern I called and it was resolved beyond what I had expected. Yesterday I forgot to put the clean linens out (which is all I have to do) and the team leader called me to ask about it. WOW! They are efficient with their cleaning methods and everything is done well. The company sends you a reminder text and email a couple of days before each cleaning. Then the day before the cleaning they send a text giving you the time your team will arrive. I have used The Maid Crew for about a year and the crew is always on time. The cost is lower than any other agency I have used. I don't know why anyone wouldn't use The Maid Crew for their house cleaning needs.

The Maid Crew have helped me out several times over the years. On each occasion either for moving into or out of a house . Last week they came to do a seasonal clean for me. I was delighted to come home and find everything so beautifully clean, and 5 days later it still looks great.

I have stainless steel doors on my fridge which get covered in finger marks , and those doors are sparkling. My hardwood floors look great, and my kitchen and bathrooms are also looking great.

The cleaning crew are always kind and courteous , and many of them have been with the company a good long time, so they even remember my dog from years ago, and she loves them.

I recommended the Maid Crew to my mother a couple of years ago , and she is equally thrilled with them and looks forward to every visit. Call them , you won't regret it.
