  I got my hair done by Ms Ida her compassion in what she does is amazing. Ms Ida is very respectful and patient. My hair was done so quickly and it was amazing I have gotten so many compliments. I got 2 strand twists. BEAUTIFUL!!! I highly recommend Ms. Ida for your hair braiding styles.

  I’m going to be completely honest and say, this is the best hair stylist in the Hampton area. The best hairstyles I’ve been to hands down. She is quick with her work, and precise with parting. If you’re tinder headed, you can’t really even feel her hands, I literally found my holy Grail. Pricing is always fair. She is kind, clean and a professional when it comes to her work. I’ve had these braids in a month. Everything she did down to the braiding, makes it where I can wear these braids even longer. I’m in the military and literally everyone, even my boyfriend has asked me where I got my hair done. I got the bohemian knotless braids, and there’s been people who came up to me and touch my braids and said “I like the way it looks,” I have to tell them please don’t pet me, but I take it as a compliment nonetheless. This is the braider you need. I normally don’t make reviews, but this Hair has done me wonders. Even if she does get booked out, I had to leave this review, just to leave my mark and let anyone else know.

  I received the worst customer service from this business. I called last Friday to schedule an appointment for blowout and twist. I was scheduled for Satin at 230pm. I got to the location and couldn’t find the shop so I called for directions, during the phone call, I was told I didn’t confirm my appointment during the week which I do not understand. As the main reason for the first phone call was to set an appointment and also I was given a date and time. They informed me they had another customer and would call me afterwards; since I had driven 25minutes for the appointment, I stayed at a coffee shop nearby and waited for the phone call. After 2.30 hours I sent a text to see if they would be able to get with me that day or not. I sat there an hour for no response so at 5pm I drove another 25minutes home.
  
  They sent me a message at 6pm to see if I still wanted my hair done when they closed at 730 pm. I informed them that I scheduled my appointment somewhere else. All I got from them was a thank you.
  No form of apology for the time wasted. Very unprofessional . Wouldn’t recommend

  Had my hair done today by Ida very pleased with the service and the advice she gave for my hair type. Definitely will be back. The price was very reasonable.

  Absolutely loved my experience at Ida’s. I received 32 inch knotless boho box braids. She consulted with me before my appointment to insure I was receiving the best service. I will be returning ♥️
