Great 'family bar' if that's a possible description. The bar area is quite large and caters to that crowd. The rest of the floor is typical comfortable restaurant space - suited to everyone. Food is decent enough. Full menu. The Fokker tri-plane hanging in the center is certainly something unique.

The food and drinks here were amazing!! They have some wonderful specialty cocktails! But the service wasn’t so amazing. A little slow and separating the checks for our large group took them awhile.

The food was delicious once we received it almost an hour after ordering. Sat at the bar the bartender was nice they had a problem in the kitchen and the manager said she would take 20% off the bill. We had said we were in a hurry so after quickly finishing our food we received no bill with the discount. Not wanting to spend any more time there we figured out the discount ourselves and left the money on the counter. The most annoying thing about the situation was the fact that neither the bartender nor the manager was there to take our money when we were ready to go. We will try another one of their locations because the food was really good.

the last time I was here, 10 years ago, I had a traumatic experience. I never felt more hollow inside, literally. The second food entered my mouth, I began projectile vomiting across the table. Way to ruin a birthday party -_- My spidey senses were tingling from the moment I stepped foot into this poorly lit restaurant. When the waiter brought my water, there was a fly frozen in the ice cube. When I came to Maggie McFly's, I wasn't actually coming for the FLY. Don't even get me started about Susan. Dreadful. Absolutely dreadful. This is why you will never see my service again.

I wish i could give less stars. This place is straight doo doo. The food is mediocre and that is being generous. You can't find anything on the menu priced appropriately. 18$ for chicken fingers and same for tacos. Unreal. On top of that the food is ALWAYS disappointing. Don't bother ordering anything other than a beer because chances are you will never get it or if your lucky youll just wait 35 min for it. The service is dreadful, if they can screw something up they do. The terrible service is the only thing they are consistent with, utterly terrible. Lauren and John are the only light in this dark terrible hell they call maggies. I hope they quit and find a better place to work so I can go there instead. This is by far the WORST restaurant in CT. Tourist trap to the max. I will never be coming back and I have given plenty of chances because I live so close. 0 stars. Yuckkkk

Bartenders are not up to par at this location. Gin martini with loads of ice chips floating in it. Tiki drink made without the orgeat, a critical ingredient. It's kind of sad when a home enthusiast can do a better job than a so called professional.

Any restaurant with a menu this big = big fail. You can't have 1000 things on a menu and expect the restaurant to be good. the service was decent the waiter was nice however the food was complete and utter garbage. We ordered nachos as an appetizer which was ok, I enjoyed it more than our entrees. I ordered the fried chicken dinner and the whole plate was mostly covered in corn. Everything I mean everything was really tasteless. Even my mango daiquiri was bad. Highly disappointed. First and the last time I'll go to Maggie's.

Service was subpar, although it looked like the servers were legitimately busy. Biggest complaint is their gluten free pizza - I know gf pizza is thin crust but this was as thick as a piece of paper and impossible to eat! The toppings just slid off because the crust could not support the weight of them. The server asked if something was wrong (uneaten) when I explained the problem he asked if we wanted a box for it to take home & set the bill down when we declined

Terrible service. Before taking my order, the girl behind the bar told me to hold on a minute and that she would be right with me as she continued telling a story to her friends at the other end of the bar for 10 minutes, which seemed like foreeeever. Not the first time this has happened to me here. Finally, after my orders arrived (another VERY long wait) my drink was done all wrong and my burger (a simple cheeseburger) was greasy and drippy with a soggy bottom bun, not far from what Friendly's has to offer. Customers are loud and obnoxious. Like a sleazy night club with a restaurant crammed in the middle of it. Not a very comfortable experience for me or anyone I've ever been there with. I've given the place a few chances, but nothing has changed. So many more places with excellent service and top star quality food within a five minute radius of this place. Foundry, Good News, Market Place, Leo's etc

We ordered a glass of house wine. The barmaid served us prime wine and told us that was what they used for house wine. But then charged us the prime price. Then got an additude when we wuestioned why she charged for a prime wine price when we requested house wine. Poor service
