I called just before 5pm on a Saturday. Someone actually answered and scheduled me for Monday. Miguel arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. AC was not coming on, but luckily the issue was just the thermostat. He didn’t have the right one on him so he scheduled to come back the next day. He found one on another truck later that evening and called back immediately to see if it was convenient to get it installed ASAP. I’d had a couple friends tell me they couldn’t find AC repair for an entire month, so I appreciated the quick service!
