We can't sing enough praise for Branden and Topp Construction & Remodeling. He was professional, always on time and transparent and trustworthy in every dealing. He provided tips and direction that were indispensable along the way. We met with several other contractors with regard to our project and Branden stood apart from the rest. We will recommend him without reservation to friends and family going forward. If you're looking for an upfront, honest and professional contractor look no further. This company runs a tight ship and quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction is their #1 priority.

I was really looking forward to working with Topp construction. Out of 10 construction companies, Topp was the only one that sent me a calendar invite for our appointment. That’s where the good experience ended unfortunately.

Out of the 10 construction companies I’ve gotten bids from, Topp was the only one that charged $500 for an estimate on a residential job. The $65/sq ft price I was given had them $40k higher than the next highest bid.

I wouldn’t have wasted my time setting up an intro appointment had I known that they charge $500 for a bid. Hopefully this helps someone else until they fix their process.
