Customer satisfaction is NOT a goal of this establishment! I had two different trees that didn't do well---even tho they planted them-- and even though I stayed in contact through email, pictures, return visits and phone calls I still was " blamed" for not knowing how to care for them. They do such a big business that they could care less about the $275 I spent. Why would I spend that much and not take care the trees? Terrible way to run a business!

This shop keeps the healthiest plants and shrubs. There is an amazing selection of pots and indoor/outdoor decorations.

Prices tend to be the same as the big box handyman shops, frequent shoppers get additional discounts.

Well worth the drive.

Awesome selection of plants and shrubs. Wide flower pots, bonzais, various insecticides and fertilizers. Very helpful staff. Store of choice versus the franchised stores

Pretty bad, landscapers were late to appointments, after receiving a written estimate I was told I needed more plants at my expense, I will not use them again.

We were looking for a pair of nice Heron statuary for the front of our house here in Port Charlotte. No way could we find what we wanted here. I called my landscaper (Craig's Perfect Turf) and he recommended MRT in Venice. So we took a nice ride to Venice to have a look. OMG, what a selection of everything for the home. We got 2 very nice Herons and a nice sculpture for our entryway. They also have some beautiful wall hangings perfect for our Lanai, so we will be going back this weekend. If you need anything for your garden, landscaping, etc., check out MRT. We just moved to Florida in November so we aren't totally versed in the area but, I think you will find their selection hard to beat!! I would enthusiastically recommend them!! As for customer service, yes, they could have used more help on the floor but, the lady that checked us out couldn't have been nicer.
