This is a total tourist trap, but our teen/tween kids went nuts over this place and loved going there. They all got some m&m sleepwear and candy to take back to the hotel. There were a lot of promos going and deals to be had. Considering all the craziness of the times square area, this felt age appropriate.

The kind of place you have to see once. They have everything you could want to wear or use in your kitchen as well as all the souvenirs and gifts everyone loves! I found it a bit pricy but it is smack in the middle of New York City so I expected that. Be careful buying the different M&Ms by the pound! It's a big bag and it adds up much quicker than you can imagine!!!

The place is simply enormous..thats the biggest m&m store I've ever visited.. it's a great place to visit, like if you are in Times Square this place is must visit if you are a chocolate lover.. they give alot of free sample. some of the packaging on display is very interesting.. some enticing though it may look pricey I think it's worth it for a really great and wholesome m&m experience and even good for souvenirs if you want the place is a must visit

Expensive, very expensive but good visit, i plan to go again. Employees are all over the store which is a good thing, you won't have to go far to find help. And they have more than enough entry/ exit points. Great store. Like I said they are expensive but they also have some good sale prices on certain items like the big face mugs which are my favorite.

Definitely for tourists!! Though I didn’t spend much time in this area of Manhattan because of the tourists traps. This has to be largest M&M’s store! They have such better selection and variety then the Las Vegas store. I think this place is three or four levels of everything you can think of M&M’s related. A lot of stuff that’s themed for NYC is pretty neat.. like the Statue of Liberty dispenser. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They definitely had enough staff working there to where every customer could get the attention they need. No waiting in long lines because they have a ton of cashiers. Keep up the good work on this store!

Okay, if you are already in Manhattan being a tourist then just stop off and take a gander. I mean it's a good lil photo-op. And you can have a cheat "snack" if you'd like. When I was there, I remember wanting to leave sooner than later as the picturesque moment flickered. Had I been younger, it may have held my attention for more than a split-second. Grab a few photos 📸 n dip. 3.8/5

Very cool place to visit. There is every kind of m&m flavor and color. More memorabilia than you know what to do with. Only complaint i can't think of is the bathroom was very gross and no locks on the stalls

It was our first time in NYC and this place was right across from our hotel so we decided to go check it out. So glad we did! THREE WHOLE FLOORS OF M&MS ! Everyone in the family loved it but our youngest one loved it the most! Its a lot of fun and if you have the chance you have to check this place out.

One of my favorite places in, not only Times Square, but all of NYC! Imagine, 3 whole floors of M&M's themed merchandise. This trip, I bought customized luggage tags with M&M's on one side & my name, address & phone number engraved on the other. Each tag was made of metal and came with a leather strap. So much fun!

What can you not like about M&M's? A little Wonderland for kids and adults too. The only place to get dark chocolate peanuts M&Ms! My favourite. Be prepared to spend more than you planned and buy more chocolate than you can eat. But that's why it's great and fab. If you are very self disciplined you will still enjoy just hanging around and be a bit young again. 😊

It was a fun place to visit. I liked the two floors tall M&M dispensers. A real bonus is the public bathroom on the 3rd floor. In times square there aren't many available.

All things M&M and certainly appeals to anyone who have had the colourful and timeless chocolates. The personalized chocolate is pretty cool (yup, it allows you to have your own message ON THE chocolates itself. It's worth 15mins detour if you in NYC

A very colourful and awesome place for any M&M chocolate lover as this place has many cool items to purchase and also many chocolates to choose from. I believe they have about 30 different M&M to purchase and eat also having an attraction where you will be able to print a photo onto M&Ms. This store is two stories tall and it always busy. Many travelers and New Yorkers come here. It is also open late throughout the entire week. This store is located on the upper west side of Times Square where there are many restaurants. Within a weeks time span, my girlfriend and I came to this place four times all of each we purchased something and had some chocolate. I would highly recommend this place to visit!

Busy when visited. Store is over 3 floors but seems quite small and compact. Has everything M&M related. Fairly expensive! Chocolates, branded goods and some larger sculptures. Restrooms on 3rd floor but long wait. Having been to the M&M world in London I was disappointed that it didn't have more sculptures and things to do like the London store has. Missing an iconic sculpture you can take pictures with such as the Beatles inspired sculpture in London.

Located right next to Times Square, very easy to find.
Great experience if you are visiting for the first time. Very unique and great gifts for its price.
Three floors packed with chocolate, golf ball, shot glass, toys, clothes, and etc all about M&Ms.
Great place to buy gifts and treats for yourself.
Although its a well known must-visit in NYC, employees are not that kind.
