I work out of town alot and I depend on reviews to find a good hair salon. Well I'm so happy to have found M&M. I needed a cut & color but by the time i had a chance to call it was late so I only scheduled for a cut (it was 30 minutes before close). Melissa, the owner asked if I wanted a color too. I said about the lateness of the time and she said don't worry, I'll do it. She took the time and my hair turned out absolutely beautiful, color and cut. I don't know exactly what she did but she did it with finesse. I wish I lived closer. Go to M&M, you won't be disappointed!

Went to M & M's for the first time today for a wash and trim. The staff was incredibly personable, and my stylist Coleen worked with me to get the hairstyle I was looking for. One of the quickest, most professional-looking cuts I've had in a long time. I look forward to coming back!

I loved my entire experience at M&M's. I didn't have a problem scheduling my appointment, my stylist was very personable, and when I told my stylist what I wanted for my hair, she was able to accommodate to my wishes. I thought this place was overall a terrific experience and I can't wait to make another appointment!

I have been going to this place for many years now, and I plan on never going anywhere else. The workers are very friendly and are great at what they do. If you are not sure what you want done with your hair or nails, they can help by giving you ideas. As an added bonus, they are all American so you can actually understand them and they can't make fun of you in another language ;-)

Also, I recommend going to see Samone! That is who I always go to and will always go to because she knows how I like my hair, nails, and eyebrows :-)

Against my better judgement I made an appointment at this salon. I was immediately put off by the building and the atmosphere as I walked inside. The stylist took 30 minutes or more to mix my color as I sat in the chair a bit confused as to what was taking so long. It took her over 2 hours to apply my color and begin to shampoo. She left a large amount of color residue in my hair and on my scalp. She then cut layers into my hair after we discussed only a trim. I was extremely upset as she turned me around when she was done drying my hair. The layers which I didn't ask for were extremely choppy and overall not in any particular style. While in the chair I saw a man come in for an appointment to find his stylist not there. The stylists wore flip flops and chewed gum while with clients. To me it seems unprofessional to chew gum. After the receptionist could tell I was unhappy with my cut and color she had the owner come talk to me. I explained that o had been there for 4 hrs, I felt my hair looked better before I came in. She didn't offer a discount and rationalized why the stylist may have cut choppy layers. I spent another 30 minutes listening to that. I will never go back to this salon and can't believe I paid $99 and spent 4 1/2 hours of my day to walk out with color left on my hair/scalp and the worst haircut I've ever had.
