Really limited, old equipment. If you plan on doing weight-lifting primarily, they have exactly 2 racks (not counting the smith machine) and they're almost always in use. Otherwise, hope you like cable equipment, treadmills and dumbbells.

They're not Planet Fitness, so there's that, I guess. If you have a military ID, way better options on Post.

EDIT: New owner with plans to update the equipment so things might be looking up. However, I noticed something recently bring your headphones. My god the music here is awful. Trying to deadlift to Katy Perry is just cruel.

Two words before you come here: Expectation management! THE ABSOLUTE WORST GOLD'S GYM I HAVE EVER SEEN! I can't believe this place is allowed to be a Gold's. Putting up some black and gold paint, a few "serious fitness" signs and a Gold's Gym logo, doesn't make it a Gold's Gym! Members are inconsiderate leaving weights all over the place or putting on WAY too much weight and working out their egos. Seriously Bunch of D-Bags here. Most of the equipment is from 1980's and the other equipment is usually busted. Treadmills are old and need some serious maintenance. The power cords are tripping hazards and if you fall off the treadmill you're going right into a mirror. Floor plan is terrible! You really have to be careful or you'll trip on something. The staff is friendly and weekday hours are good (MON 5:30am - FRI 8:30pm, 24 hours) but it's not worth it. Spend a few extra bucks and join Anytime Fitness. I've brought all of these issues up to the staff but NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Don't waste your time hereFound out yesterday (5 FEB 16) the gym is under new ownership. New owner, same crappy gym!

Golds Gym in Enterprise is owned by the same family as Maxx Fitness in Dothan, AL. Between the two establishments I have been a customer for more than 10 years. My account was debited automatically off my card. A few months ago my card number changed. Rather than contacting me that my card had changed, they waited a couple of months, added absorbent late charges (more than the membership) and turned me over to collections. Congrats Golds Gym! You now have my money and you have officially lost what would have been a long term loyal customer! After more than a decade do you think it might have been a good idea to reach out to me to get an updated number? I hate I did not realize you were not paid but at under 20$ a month I did not notice the draft had stopped. You get what you pay for I guess.

I have looked over your nasty Gym for years. I kept my mouth closed and a smile when at least 2 of your treadmills were always broken. When I went into you showers and they were so nasty you could right your name in them with soap scum I just brought my own scrubbing bubbles. (Yes I brought my own scrubbing bubbles.) But I refuse to overlook the way you handled this account.

I guess I will be signing up at Anytime Fitness this weekend.

You got my last 100$ but you lost a lifetime of revenue.

    Who's laughing now?

    ROFL
